Really want to like it but worried with...
Connectivity with dongle is a bit hit or miss and it is needed to be fully functional with teams.(e.g. Over BT only, if you mute the headset it will not mute on teams). I'm also very worried with the long term use of the earcups, they seem to be too worn out too fast. On the flip side, sound quality is great and i feel it got a great level of noise reduction.

Great product at a fair price
Here's a concise review that follows the provided guidelines:
---
The Lenovo ThinkPad P16s Gen 3 Intel (16") Mobile Workstation is an excellent choice for professionals who require both portability and power. The 16" display offers clear and sharp visuals, making it ideal for design work and multitasking. The build quality is solid, typical of ThinkPads, with a comfortable keyboard that's perfect for long typing sessions. Performance is strong, with the Intel processor handling demanding applications smoothly. Battery life is impressive, allowing for extended work without needing to recharge frequently. Overall, it's a reliable and well-rounded workstation for on-the-go professionals.

Worth the purchase
The headset has great sound. It fits perfectly and I have the ability to move around the house and still be connected to the call or meeting I joined. Perfect sound! My voice is clear and the volume is fine.
