Replaced Dollar Store cable
I thought getting a $1 Dollar Store cable was a good way to save money. While it worked, it was too big and very difficult to plug/unplug from my T480, possibly risking the integrity of the connector. I wasn't too excited about paying $20 for a Lenovo cable, but I can report that it's exactly the right size and plugs/unplugs easily from the laptop. Otherwise, works great (same as previous cable).

Simple setup, and they work incredibly well with the new docking station I purchased from Lenovo. Great price and it is nice to have peace of mind that Lenovo offers multi year insurance with these, as amazon and others do not.
