Some older Lenovo mouse models I already had for years are nicer to use. At least I had points and did not pay anything for it...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good essential mouse. The essential mouse works well except the feel is not comfortable due to the texture of the plastic. It causes the fingers to slide off. Also, when recording videos, you can hear the clicking of the mouse. A softer click is needed.

M-U0025-O looks better, works much better, so just do not understand why you need this SM-8823 (heavier than M-U0025-O, so disappointed).

I needed a very good basic mouse to replace my old mouse which had a broken middle click scroll wheel, and the scroll wheel itself was barely functional anymore making it hard to use my favorite 3d modelling software. This mouse is lightweight and it functions well allowing my to use my middle click in my 3d modelling software again. It doesn't have any fancy bells or whistles but it doesn't need any either.
