Was sent the wrong size
I ordered over the phone. I ordered a laptop computer. I also told the saleswoman that I wanted extra memory. She said that I could purchase that too. The memory arrived well before the laptop did. When the laptop arrived I took it to my tech guy to install it and learned that I had purchased memory for a desktop and not a laptop. I was unable to return it online for a refund so I had to call to speak to someone who told me that it was beyond the 30 days (of course it was because I had to wait for the computer to arrive), but that they would make an exception. A hassle all around. More on the incompetence (or sneakiness) of the saleswoman in my review of the laptop.

It's RAM
I am not sure what else to say. It is standard RAM that worked correctly with my computer. I did have to upgrade the power supply of my Lenovo PC in order to correctly use it because for some reason their gaming PC is sold with an underpowered power supply, but once that was upgraded I was able to use these to their full potential.
