The only issue I have, is that the shoulder strap is rather uncomfortable given that it is a bag sized for large laptops (large = heavy!). This size barely fits my 15.5" P15 laptop... I previously purchased the same laptop bag, but in a 15" size. It claimed to be able to accept the dimensions of my laptop - it did not, (not even close), so I had to return it. This 17" model fits, and I will keep it:)

I traveled over Christmas and it was fine to carry on- not too heavy but sturdy enough to not feel *precious* and concerning. So far what i have done with it met or exceeded expectations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good protection for my laptop. I I will enjoy this item when I receive it after ordering it about 18 days ago. As the is only one color available, I usually attach colored adhesive tape in order to find it easily. I have been buying IBM/Lenovo products since 1987 when the product we made by IBM and all lasted reliably a generous time (Ie.5-7 years before replacement). When IBM decided to give the productt and design to Lenovo, I was happy that a large respected corporation was the owner and looked forward to their "new" products.. I was NOT disappointed as I've been using the Lenovo products for the last 20-30 years. I now have 3 recent Lenovo laptops (3 different for different usage) and like all of them. Yes I do recommend Lenovo laptops to my friends, neighbors and acquaints. I know photos of laptops are oh-so cute and I don't have any. I will continue to look at all new Lenovo products as my 1st choice of laptops. My 2nd use of my laptops is work (I am retired) and only use the laptops for some of my personal projects in my retired years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely Case! This is a beautiful, functional, well made case and is offered at a very reasonable price. I recently purchased a 15.6" Yoga, and bought this larger case to have room for documents and my laptop. I has useful pockets and pen slots and a sturdy shoulder strap. There is also a strap on one side that allows the case to be slipped onto the handle of a rolling suitcase, which has been a great help when traveling. Overall, I cannot think of anything I would change about this case, except perhaps for it to be offered in some fun colors such as teal or pink (my faves). Well done Lenovo!

The Lenovo Laptop Topload T210 17 inch case (Part Number: GX41K07198) appears smaller than what I had expected and as some other reviewers mentioned, it does have some padding, but that padding feels a little thinner/ less padding on the backside (the side with the strap to attach to luggage) and the bottom. The external material is smooth. The strap handles are stitched narrow at the grip area and the shoulder strap has plastic clips on the ends to attach to plastic loops on the case and the strap has a small rubber shoulder pad. Inside, there are two internal compartments: one for the mobile laptop PC, and one other compartment for other items (such as notebook, AC adapter, a mouse, etc...). The internal compartment is closed/opened by a single zipper handle. The case has a single external zippered compartment with a slant opening on the front and that has pockets for pens, cards, etc... I've tested this with an 18" thick 3 ring binder and that barely fit, so anything smaller should fit without any issues.

Enough room for other things like my Lenovo USB CD-ROM, and mouse. Outside pockets for power pack or whatever, it also has ample space for an inside pocket. I was always a HP consumer, but Lenovo has won me over with their Customer Support and quality product.

The front pocket is a little hard to get into; the top flap overlaps the bottom and you have to pull the bottom out and bend the bag to really see well what is inside.

I didn't expect it to be so big tbh, but its jus me being use to more portable and smaller screens (aka my phone). If I had creativity bursts, this would come in handy. It's the perfect size for my newspaper and other personal items on my travel trips. The outside zip pocket gives quick access for my boarding pass, a pen, my cell charger, tissues, etc. I love the outside band that allows me to hang it onto my suitcase pull handle while getting thru the airports with ease.
