Rated 5 out of 5 by from Resisted 9kg (20 pounds) I bought this backpack about a month ago. I used it for the first time travelling from US to Europe. I had too much weight to fit in my luggage, so I ended up putting all my heavy items in this backpack. It was weighing almost 9 kg (~20 pounds)! I planned to carry it more than to use the shoulder strips but this was not possible all the time. I was very afraid the backpack would not resist this amount of weight, but was pleasantly surprised: it resisted with no visible signs of wear. (I wouldn't repeat the experiment though. I don't think it is made for carrying heavy loads.) I also like the simple design and that you can fit quite a lot of things without it looking bulky. The price was what lead me to make a purchase, as I was looking for a casual backpack that isn't gigantic, looks nice, and can accommodate some general daily use. The built quality is good, and the design is reasonably fashionable. I could use more pockets inside and outside, but that's a minor gripe considering the great value the price provides with this backpack. I'd probably buy another one in different color at some point.
