Does not work
Adapter did not work. I had to buy a different brand from elsewhere in order to get a signal between my monitor and docking station.

Nothing works
Didn't work: The monitor recommended to go with the laptop doesn't work with this product or with the other cable that came with the monitor originally (the cable doesn't fit any ports on the laptop).

Don't do it! ;-)
have 2 monitors and wanted the hybrid docking station but was unable so I was advised to purchase the regular doc station with only one HDMI port and this cable but it flickered on and off every 3 - 5 minutes and drove me nuts! don't do it ...lol - sadly Lenovo was out of stock on the hybrid doc station so I bought it on Best Buy for way more but couldn't handle the flickering ;-)

Didn't work on my monitor, but luckily had another one monitor and it seemed to work on that one.
