Rated 5 out of 5 by from Recommended, with caveats for the technical-minded Webcam video quality is good. Supports Windows Hello just fine. Self-support for the product, however, seems non-existent. There are no device-specific drivers. There is little information about this product available for those that wish to troubleshoot any issues. I do have problems with the webcam — it will just stop working until a reboot (CameraStartupFailureEvent), Windows Hello fails with generic errors —, and while I really do not think these are the fault of the hardware, I always end up starting at the generic Windows webcam driver and thinking "hmmmm." All things being equal, I do recommend it. I'm sure my issues are my own. But do be aware you are purchasing a webcam that — at time of writing — doesn't really seem to exist outside of this purchase page.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to set up. Works great. Webcam was easy to set up (plug and play) and performs excellent. High-quality video and mic performance. Windows Hello works great. Easily sits on a very thin monitor. The security cover for the camera lens was a nice touch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Windows Hello webcam but needs improvement The webcam function well but found some problems with it. Windows Hello works well when is position on top of the monitor. When is placed on the desk Windows Hello keeps failing to login. Second problem is when webcam is set as the default video and mic in Windows, it will not recognize in some voice chat apps like discord. I had to manually configure discord setting to specify use the webcam. Lastly, no driver support. But once everything is setup properly. The webcam works great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The webcam met what I want in a camera. The webcam met what I want in a camera. Work quite well with WIN Hello to sign in to my PC. It also works fine with my Mac mini for my wife's occasional online meetings. I like the fact its base has nut that it can be mounted on any camera tripod for more freedom in high adjustment. the base is quite heavy for stable sitting on any monitor's top. Quality is quite good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Garbage Absolutely terrible, never works. Windows Hello will register your face without a problem, forget ever getting it to actually work. I would return it but I used my Lenovo Rewards to pay for it. Meaning I can return it and get literally zero Rewards back (yes, Lenovo will not return points even if you return the product).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Windows Hello camera. After getting used to using my face to unlock my phone, I wanted a camera that worked with Windows Hello for face-recognition login on my desktop. This camera works wonderfully for that. Windows didn’t recognize the camera as a Hello device initially, but after a restart everything worked fine. Video quality is good too. Happy with my purchase.

Can sit on the monitor without effecting view of the monitor. Adjustable and rotatable to get that perfect angle. LOVE IT

Picture is also quite good for web conferencing, and it has a very wide viewing angle if you want to include the room behind you for demos and such.

Now the color matches much better. It is probably the only option for now on the market if you have similar aesthetic matching needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works with Windows 11 Just bought this as I've always wanted to try Windows Hello facial recognition on my desktop computer, but didn't have a compatible camera. This was super easy to setup. Just hung on top of my monitor, plugged the USB A cable into my Dell docking station, and Windows 11 offered as a sign in option right away. And after one scan, it worked. The ONLY thing I dislike about this camera is the color. It was described as white, but more of a beige white harkening back to the original PC colors of the 80s. Pretty awful color IMHO. I would have preferred black or a true white, but that color doesn't seem available.

Recognized by system but ultimately failed to work for me partly because of poor image quality in ambient light even after manual adjustments to brightness and contrast. Older webcam with auto brightness correction that was not compatible with Hello (no IR sensor) had much better image quality.

The camera worked well right out of the box with no need to install any drivers. It’s nice to have another secure way to log into Windows. My experience with the wecam has been nothing but positive.

One that there is no software for the camera so I cannot adjust the field of view, and this is a WIIIIIIDE camera. So much more than the Logitech camera I was replacing. Secondly, Windows Hello doesn't work every time.

This camera has everything you need from a high quality picture, dual mics and a shutter for security. It is easy to close the shutter, and you can tell at a glance if the shutter is open or closed. Not much more that I can say about it.

It is easy to setup with a tripod or on top of a display monitor. It works with Win 11 Hello face recognition. (Although I was not able to get it to work with Win 10. I guess face recognition may require TPM that I don't have in my win 10 computer.)

Only problem: It has NO software and the default picture includes 2x more of my room, which is no Zoom ready. There is no external way to use 'a zoom feature' to preset the pic width before using Teams or Zoom. I have to separately go into Teams and Zoom to change the settings. My logitech camera I was using had it's own external app so that the zoom level was set for any app. This is a pain., There should be an app that sets any of the pic functions and then makes that the default that lasts across reboots
