I like the simplicity of this mouse and the price; but the main reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is because I'm not a huge fan of the way the top comes off to get at the battery compartment. It doesn't seem intuitive to me (I sold one of these to another customer a couple of years ago and when they needed to replace the battery, they had to get in touch with me about where it was hiding) and it seems kind of flimsy. I prefer a simple compartment on the bottom or a small button that releases the top cover. Otherwise, it's a nice, simple mouse.

I use it all the time and have found that it's so much nicer to travel with one small cord and not have to worry about batteries running out. I've had only one incident when it didn't respond well, but unplugging it and plugging it back in seemed to have resolved the problem. Highly recommended!

When I decided to buy additional mouse I did not look around for other options but instead ordered the above product. The plastic felt cheap, and even if the mouse had worked better I have the feeling that the plastic would have broken in relatively short order. I dug out an old cheapy mouse I had laying around for over a decade and it worked much better. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Installed new drivers and now the keypad will not function when you push any key down. When I try to do a factory reinstall, the keypad will function until windows reboots and then it does the same thing. If I can not get the computer to work, I am going to buy a brand new Dell Computer and I had one in the past, I have no problem on any kind with Dell and I always receive free customer support from them without any charge, unlike Lenovo which wants to charge me $250.00 for technical support and then after they charge me the $250.00, they inform me they can not assist me because the computer was manufactured back in 2017 and support is not available for it. I had to request a refund for my tech support charge of $250.00, but they refused to give it back to me due to they said it was non-refundable. I had to submit a claim to my credit card company and tell them it was an unauthorized charge, they did a charge back to Lenovo and they cannot do anything about it. Be careful with this company and protect yourself from them! I recommend you never do business with this company!
