I love them. These headphones are one of the best electronic purchases that I have made. They are so clear. The ear piece is comfortable for hours of online conversations and meetings. I can't believe how long I suffered with other devices that were inferior, would not stay on my ears, would crackle. What a wonderful difference!

Quality without being pricey
I needed headphones for work right away and wanted a decent pair without going broke and these fit the bill for both. I received my purchase in good time, they look great, easily adjustable, the padding around the ears fit just right, and the microphone is not hard plastic, so that I can maneuver them without fear of breaking. I recommend them.

Headphones did not work
Headphones did not work. Inconvenience to return. Did not arrive on time. The headphones come apart with the wire there is no mute button. Speaker did not work.

Don't waste your money
Used once. They connect to the computer through USB. It isn't a strong connection and call quality is almost nil.

Helpful Dell techs.
Very pleased with purchase. I couldn't figure out where to plug it into my computer. The Dell techs stayed with me until it was resolved. Appreciate their patience.
