Great trackball but could be better for the price
This trackball was unable to be connected by Bluetooth. It just would not pair up. But It does work through USB port, so all is well. It is extremely accurate. The only problem I have is that a lot of the time, I have to click on something a couple of times to get it to work. But it still isn't a problem because I'm still learning the product as I go. All in all, it is a great trackball and I would definitely buy it again. Just not at the original price. Dell matched a lower price for me or I would not have bought it. But I'm very glad I got it at the lower price, because as I said it is a great product....

Much better than regular mouses
I've been using these for years....with usb cords for many years and now wireless...I had them when they were cream colored, then gray with a blue ball and now these/wireless …….would never be without them...no pad.....stay in one spot...the best!!!!

All I expected
As a daily user of the Kensington Expert mouse with wire for 9 yrs +, i was excited to see a wireless version. Price was a bit much but since i am STILL USING MY ORIGINAL, it all balances out. I am excited to see if this one will last as long. I expect the maintenance will be the same with cleaning the eyes & roller under the ball no biggie. The wrist pad is very helpful too, only wish the power off was on top instead of underneath. I keep forgetting to turn it off as a new user of a wireless accessory. Also LOVE the red ball!

The gigantic mouse and Dell's poor cash back restrictions
I ordered it for my son for college. The image on Dell's website showed it with a white background, so the size could not be determined. When it arrived I realized it was almost as big as a mouse pad and would not work. Since I purchased it from cash back I received from dell they would not let me return it for another product.
