Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not without issues While sound quality, battery life, comfort, and features are all excellent, the headphones periodically go silent while you or the other party are speaking. It's like active noise cancelling engages for just a few seconds without reason. I work in an exceptionally quiet environment (home office, so it's a mystery to me. You can tell when this happens, as it sounds like the call has ended. If the other party was speaking when this occurs, you will almost certainly miss out on what was said unless you ask the other party to repeat themselves. Importantly, however, this silence does not extend to the other party. In other words, don't curse your expensive headphones for failing to work properly until you're certain the call has ended. The other party can likely still hear you. The unwarranted noise cancellation happened so frequently with the first pair that I assumed I'd received a defective product and exchanged them. Though it no longer happens as often with the second pair, the problem persists. I'll still hold onto them, but I am disappointed that the headphones aren't more reliable given the price.
