Jabra help will not do anything unless they can install their software, Jabra Direct, on my computer. For $200, these should be plug and play and not need special software.

And for using Jabra Music app, it is asking for an activation code, which is i am unable to locate on the product pack. Please help me where i will get the activation code?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null This is a decent headset for the money. I have issues with the dongle pretty much daily and it doesn’t always want to play sounds for me. The range is also not very long, so you need to stay pretty close to the computer when using it, even though it is wireless and should have a longer range. All in all, I haven’t been overly satisfied, but haven’t found anything better out there.

Battery time is excellent, I'm using it daily, 1-3hours on Skype daily, but I charge them only Friday after work. Sound is great and people like my clear voice due to excellent mic. noise cancelation. Definitely great product, I hope it will work like now forever

Microphone is good when right by my mouth, but if I push it up a little people say they have trouble hearing me. Comfortable. The padding is a little too good and blocks out too much ambient sound. For some this would be a plus, but I like to hear/need to hear sounds around me. Easy to sync both to my Ultrabook (Win 10) and my phone (Samsung S5).

Just plugged it in to an available USB port (does require two if going wireless - one for the dongle and a 2nd to charge the battery) and configured my recording and playback tabs in SOUND) to recognize it - and was up and running in no time. Like the feel of the 2-ear version - not too tight. Mic works fine and everyone tells me I sound clear. Very good value for the price. Like that it doesn't require an extra 'box' sitting on the desk with wired connections.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null They sound good but the connectivity leaves a lot to be desired. I have a new MBP and regardless of how I try to connect to it via RF is problematic. Wired works ok. But either the BT Live 370 or the built in version on the Mac Book Pro won't connect to Jabber or any other audio source. And if it does it tends to drop it within several seconds. And then sometimes it just works.

I wish there was a way to have the computer speaker announce meeting reminders since with the headset connected, if I'm not wearing it I can't hear the rings and have missed a few meetings. I also would like it if it had a feedback into the earpieces when I talk. Its probably only a problem since I have a stereo set, covering both ears, so when I talk it sounds muted, which feels odd. I think some headsets have that and some you can adjust it.

It is good for long term hanging on a head - do not feel any weight like it was with other brands. Jabra Direct do not communicate with headset via standard Bluetooth - must use Jabra Link 360 dongle Really recommend for PC/Laptop users.

The sound is great when listening to music while getting that report done. I deducted a star because it will only connect to my two PC's. Once I try to add my mobile phone it cancels both of the other connections.

I needed some time until I was sure how to use the functions and button combinations. Compared to similar products (mostly USB-connected headsets) I can say, that I enjoy the freedom of moving around without taking care about some cable :)

The plantronics was a great headset for calls, all day comfort but was getting hard to hear people. I went with a stereo headset to isolate my callers better and the side benefit of this headset being bluetooth is its synced to my work laptop and cell phone -- which means i can take calls from the deskphone cisco 8851, laptop, or cell. I use these for entertainment beside phone calls. Works well on an airplane when i watch movies or watch training videos. Overall its very versatile headset but its no where near the quality of my Philips X2 or Hyper X cloud atlas headphones for music. It is also not comfortable for me for long periods of time but no issues using it through a movie and taking it off between phone calls.

At times I can hear on my headset, and also very low volume coming out of the speaker on the phone, not sure how to correct that - it might be simple settings I haven't figured out yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null I normally have 1 cell phone and computer connected to the head set. The computer bluetooth range is limited but the cell phone will stay connected for double the distance. The headset gets confused when I'm in my truck and keeps going in and out of service. Only one device should be connected to the head set then or you will keep hearing messages of connecting and then a few seconds later not connected. I also need to turn off the Ford Sync service in the truck.
