Not a bad piece of software for the Windows clients (I would give it 4 stars for Windows) but the OSX client is awful as it is buggy and missing many features that the Windows client has.

It would be nice if it didn't keep freezing outlook
We have been working with Shoretel (now Mitel) for over 6 months trying to determine why Outlook has continued to randomly lock up. Every time we upgrade the connect client, the lockups get worse (and you are forced to upgrade every month or two.)
