Good but not reliable
I have ordered a few of these sets for users at our office. As long as you deploy them to a desktop user they should be fine. I have had a couple laptop users who have either lost or damaged the wireless dongle that connects the keyboard and mouse to the PC. If that happens, you're out of luck, the keyboard and mouse are trash as you cannot replace the dongle or pair them with a different one. For that reason alone I cannot recommend this product because you may end up with a functional mouse/keyboard combo that cannot be used. Disappointing...

Overall great product and quality
The only thing I would change about this keyboard would be making the function (F1, F2, etc) buttons at the top larger.

If transceiver is damaged or lost, got to buy a new wireless set complete!!!
The keyboard is very good, keys are precised and confortable for your hands but the mouse got infrared sensor and I can't use in bright surfaces and battery drains fast, But the worst thing is that you cannot replace the dongle (transceiver.
This is the second set that I bought, same history than the first one... My transceiver got bended and now the mouse and keyboard are the trash.
What a disappointment!

convenient and easily usable
At first, I bought only 3 of the keyboards, ending up liking it that I ordered 6 additional for my co-workers and boss. Everyone enjoy the use of the keyboard that my boss asked me to order additional 6 more to use for the office meetings and conferences... The keyboard is convenient, easy and the touch of the key strokes are soft. The mouse fits comfortable in my hand and move about with easy and glide smoothly with just one touch... I strongly recommend this keyboard sets to all my co-workers and friends. You won't be disappointed. My only disappointed is the price went up. I originally paid $35 but I see the price is now $60, which means everyone is catching on to the wonderful use of this keyboard.
