IBM TotalStorage SAN04M-R (2027-R04) provides two Fibre Channel ports for attachment to existing SANs and two IP ports with Internet Fibre Channel Protocol (iFCP) for high performance metro and global business continuity solutions and Internet SCSI (iSCSI) for cost-effective infrastructure simplification solutions. The router includes four tri-mode shortwave transceivers, iSCSI services and SANvergence Manager.
