Do you like lemons?
I got this thing on sale. 55% off... but it has been more trouble that it was worth even considering the discount. I've had multiple issues, my IT team worked on it relentlessly for months, and now I've had two visits from HP warranty repairs and it still isn't functioning perfectly. Maybe that's why they were selling it for a 55% discount. I am very disappointed.

Why is it so hard to find a 16:9 aspect ratio laptop?
As an IT manager, It is extremely frustrating that I can't purchase new laptops with the same aspect ratio as a TV. My users often need to present content on a TV and they typically duplicate their screen (Vs Extend) so they can see the content in front of them on their laptop and the rest of the meeting participants can view the TV. The resolutions and aspect ratio do not match between the laptop and TV and the experience is not good. Extend display works, but that is not what most of my users want. They want to be able to glance up and see facial expressions (body language) to what they are presenting and they can't do that while staring at TV that is behind them. I'm talking about live demos, not PowerPoint. Nobody and I mean nobody likes watching a PowerPoint presentation,

Small Business Purchaser - Worst Ever
Absolute junk. I've bought well over 20 laptops for my small business staff in the last 5 years. This one has had 3 repair people come to my house, was shipped out and received back and still isn't up and running. It was 3 months old when the first issue started. Customer service won't escalate and refuses to just replace or refund the computer. Total waste of time and money.
