Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Mouse This mouse is robust. It is large (same size as a desktop mouse, if not a bit taller). If portability is a concern, go for something smaller. I personally like the bigger mouse, it feels more responsive i.e. minor hand movements translate to minor cursor movements unlike small mouses where even little movements seem to move the mouse a lot. I like the 5 way wireless adapter. You can add up to 4 other compatible devices with the adapter instead of separate adapters for each tying up your USB ports. The adapter stores inside the mouse battery compartment when not in use. Very nice feature. Also good is the on/off switch, a design oversight with my old HP mouse. Have not had this long enough to test the battery life, but so far it is still going strong.

At first it was great and nice and smooth - now it is jumping all over the place, half the time it doesn't move at all and then suddenly goes crazy - I assume it must be the battery?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from works great, but.... The only thing I do not like about this mouse is that you have to remove the top to insert the batteries and store the USB transmitter. If you don't get the top back on just right it is difficult to make the clicker's work. Otherwise it works great and is easy to handle.

No fancy features like "back" button or anything but i am happy with the wireless performance...after all i did pay 20 bucks for it...no lag and the battery life is suppose to be 30 months, i have used it for only 2 months so far....so can't speak on behalf of battery life. cool design...clean and neat. There is a 2 second lag when you bring a laptop back from sleep mode but i think you would notice that lag on a track pad as well ( i notice that on my macbook pro trackpad, so its probably normal). I would recommend this mouse for someone who just wants a simple wireless mouse and extended batter life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from the worst mouse in this universe I don't even know this is possible that mouse can be this bad. avoid at all cost. the click is mushy, and take extra force to click compare to other mouses and the smooth surface make it so uncomfortable to use. the scroll is not useable because the genius engineer in hp decides to put a rubber band in the middle of the scroll that is not attached to the scroll. so every time you try to scroll, you are just scrolling the rubber band.

I returned it and bought this one through HP. This mouse fits my hand perfectly and is simple to use. Spend a few more dollars than the cheap $12 mouse and get something that works great and feels great when you are using it.

Solid construction, expect it will last the life of the computer. Best feature is ability to pair with other comparable hp devices (i.e. keyboards) using single USB receiver with HP link 5 technology. Works perfectly, and only need to use one USB port for both keyboard and mouse. Thanks HP for making such great devices!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Product works great The ENVY computer only has two USB ports. The laser sensor on a USB port ties up the port can I use the MIDI port???? I have no idea how to use this port. I use the USB ports fdor my external read write CD's and for my USB memory stick.

This switch is very difficult to move back and forth and is hard to see if you are turning it off or on or vice versa. The switch also seems to be cheaply made.
