The arrival and performance
The computer came poorly packaged. The box in which the computer was packaged was greatly oversized and it slide around in the box due to insufficient bubble wrap.. At the present time, it has "frozen" more than 6 times since I booted it up and installed the software and Google 2019. I would appreciate a service call to determine if I have all the software needed.

Solid Laptop
The laptop is a solid performer. I really like how the case looks and feels. My only complaint is with the touchpad. It insists that my thumb is a right click instead of a left click even after disabling the two finger right click.

Get intuitive
I opened it up and was very impressed at how intuitive it was. Very easy to follow and set up so it was ready to use. The broad selection of features the work seamlessly together was unexpected but welcome.
