Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good monitor I Bought this monitor, it has nice colors, contrast and everything but the backlight bleed is a big issue. You have to set monitor brightness to 10% to minimize it but its still visible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great display & no assembly required In the covid times, it became critical to have an external monitor for setting up a home office. This monitor is elegant in form and crystal clear in the display, and a pleasure to work on. I mounted two E273q to my standing desk. I use this display in an office setting where I have to view multiple windows at a time. I really like the small bezel on the new EliteDisplays and their clean lines and professional look. The viewing area is big enough to have 4 separate windows open at once and still be able to read them. With the high resolution does come smaller icon and text size but you can adjust that in Windows settings and individual application settings to suit your liking. LOVE THESE DISPLAYS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Display, Excellent Stand We've recently deployed four of these as part of a full technology refresh project. For most of our employees I went with dual HP E243i displays but for the two of us who do significant Creative Suite design work I went with these larger 4K displays. I was expecting great looking displays and they certainly do not disappoint in that regard. I have the two displays connected to an HP Thunderbolt G2 dock and performance is absolutely as expected with great detail in my design work and plenty of real estate to snap two applications on each screen. Each display has two USB 3.1 type-A ports on the left side which is really handy and frees up a couple of ports in my dock. The displays can be connected via Thunderbolt, DisplayPort, HDMI, or VGA and *ALL* of those cables are included with each monitor. If you connect the monitor using Thunderbolt it provides both the USB and display connections over the one cable. If you use one of the other methods of connecting the display you'll need to use the, *also supplied*, USB type-A to USB type-C cable to enable the USB ports in the display. One thing to note here, the displays are configured to run in "Power Saver" mode by default and this means that when the displays go to sleep the USB ports in them are disabled. Since I was using the USB ports on the displays for my desktop keyboard and mouse, if I walked away and the displays went to sleep I could not use my keyboard or mouse to wake the computer. Because of that issue, I changed both of my displays to "Performance" mode. Also of note, the displays ship with a CD/DVD that I assume includes the drivers but since I don't have a CD drive in my current setup I went and downloaded the latest drivers and the HP Display Assistant which I recommend you do as well. The drivers don't cause any noticeable difference in performance but Windows does then recognize them by model number but the HP Display Assistant provides the ability to adjust all of the displays' settings from an application instead of having to fumble with the in-display controls. Finally, the stand, it is fantastic! It provides a good deal of vertical range and facilitates easy changes from landscape to portrait viewing. Portrait-mode is wonderful when working with a really large Excel document as I recently needed to do. All in all, I'm thrilled with these monitors and all of the HP products we recently purchased!
