I bought this Backpack awhile ago for my daughter when she returned to the new school year to replace her old backpack which was worn out and she really loves it...it has plenty of room for her books, notebooks, paper and supplies and has lots of storing zippered pockets as well as mesh pockets which is perfect for her hairbrush and hairties.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well made from recycled plastic. I am very pleased with this HP back pack made from recycled products. It is a nice size without being overly large and bulky. My laptop fits securely inside a lightly padded pocket. There is enough room for several books along with numerous pockets and zippered compartments for other useful items. The recycled material feels very durable and it has nice padded shoulder strap along with a secure side carrying handle.

Another nice thing is can wear it as a backpack or there is a handle so you can carry like a briefcase if you want. Nice touch.

The straps are well padded and it is comfortable. It has a chest strap for security if you are riding a bike or doing some activity. It is very well made. Top quality. Also has top handle, side handle and hook strap.

This backpack is fantastic. It’s so light, but tu can fit so much in it. It ya a laptop holder water bottle holder it’s great would highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek and Functional Backpack I really like my new HP Recycled Series backpack, it's stylish, low-profile and durable. Even when I'm carrying a heavy load, the bag feels comfortable as it distributes the load well across both shoulders and chest thanks to the optional horizontal strap. The compartments are big enough to hold everything I need for my commute, including a 15" laptop. The horizontal strap ("sternum strap") makes the bag feel secure and prevents it from slipping off my shoulders when I'm walking. There are a lot of smaller pockets that can hold and organize keys, wallets, sunglasses and other essentials. It's also pretty cool that this bag is made of recycled plastic bottles.

Not only is this backpack more compact, very durable and designed for laptop carrying; it is made out of recycled plastics! I get to reap the benefit of having a backpack for my laptop as well as enjoy knowing I helped the planet.

I like the padded straps, the high quality zippers and the sturdy construction. All important for toting electronics. Its very useable but that also very utilitarian and I wish it was a bit more stylish.

The dividers are padded so seem like they’ll do a great job protecting my laptop, but unfortunately the impact is that there’s not much space for other large items (ex a pair of shoes).

I am however, having an issue with the strap not staying where I put it. It keeps loosening and making the straps uneven every time I go to put it on my back.

I was pleasantly surprised by how solid and sturdy this backpack was - it has a lot of extra padding on the back to keep a computer safe and secure, and a tremendous number of pockets for all of your organizing needs! It's comfortable to wear and I can fit everything I need in it for a day at the office. The only thing missing is an outside pocket for easy access to a water bottle, but that wasn't enough to detract from how I feel about the backpack overall. Really love it and have recommended it to anyone that needs something sturdy for travel!

I travel often but have struggled to find a good travel bag that's not too heavy, easy to carry and has compartments for my computer. This bag has it all! The size is perfect, it fits lots of stuff (and I always overpack when I travel) and my computer is protected and easy to remove at security. Great find!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Laptop Backpack! I have now been using this backpack for 2 weeks and I have absolutely no complaints. Although it look really simple, this bag is a beast! There are so many pockets for storage, I no longer have to carry my purse along with a backpack. With sturdy seams and quality materials, I believe this bag will last a really long time. I love fact that there is a pocket for my water bottle on the outside of the bag, so I do not worry about an accidental spill. I use this bag to carry my laptop, wireless keyboard, mouse and over the ear headphones and I do not have to worry about items squeezing against each other as the bad is very spacious. I will be using this bag for as long as I possibly can. I love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ethically conscious and functional, too! I had my doubts about a backpack made from recycled plastics, but this pack feels first-rate! It offers the lay-flat feature that TSA screeners like, lots of generous-sized pockets, some lined with soft material, and amazing straps! These straps are anchored to the top with seat belt material -- tough stuff! Many thoughtful design elements: carry loop, thickly padded straps, a strap for fastening the pack over a suitcase handle, 4 pen loops outside, high-contrast lining to make it easy to spot what you've packed, deeply cushioned/molded handgrips on the top and side if you prefer carrying instead of wearing, and thick meshed padding where the pack contacts your back. Inside, there are many little pockets and loops to help organize your gear. The front feels water-resistant, though I haven't put that to the test. This is a good quality bag! One thing I would really love to have seen are little holes in the zipper pulls that would enable the use of a luggage lock.

The HP Recycled Series 15.6-inch Backpack in black may not be the most fashionable back but it was created from bottles that those that are concerned with the plant recycled. How cool is that. In addition, the backpack has a lot of compartments to keep your stuff organized. There is even a fabric lined pocket on the front which is presumably for a cell phone or similar electronic device. The backpack also has a lot of padding to keep whatever may be inside protected.Its also easy to clean as you can easily wipe it clean. I definitely recommend it!

This was stronger than any previous backpack I had taken when I took many international flights as my carry on. Days before this was gotten my brother had exclaimed that I had wanted a new backpack. Here at home I will keep my laptop computer in it and some pens and colored pencils and coloring books in it since that is my therepy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for travel! This backback is sleek and lightweight, and it has a nice laptop sleeve. It also has a lot of pockets and organizers built in. It's perfect for traveling with a laptop when you don't want to carry a lot of other things in your backpack. That is because although it has lots of pockets and organizers, the two main compartments aren't that big so the backpack won't carry a lot of volume. I would not recommend using this as your only travel bag, but it would be great to use as a carry on. I would also not recommend not for school as it probably would not hold all your books. That being said, the backpack is well made and sleek looking. It's also made mostly out of recycled materials which is awesome! I highly recommend this backpack for carrying a few things plus a laptop, but I don't recommend it if you want a backpack with a high capacity for carrying a lot of stuff.

I imagine this backpack can handle just about anything you throw it’s way. There are tons of compartments to store whatever you need. It feels as if it might be a little water resistant in the rain as well. Highly recommended.

This backpack is built like a tank without being overly heavy. Great for protecting my OMEN 15” laptop gaming computer.
