Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Fit! This laptop is working exactly as I hoped. I wanted the Ethernet port and the HDMI port and the only choice that was affordable for me was this laptop! It was VERY easy to set up. I'm an older, retired person and I needed something that gave me ease of use and this laptop fits the bill. I've only had it a short while and am very happy so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Too Much junk software and microsoft is a disaster at changing computers. Hate the crapware that HP and Microsoft vomit over what you desire. Should not come loaded in but as something you add when requested. Always an extra hour or two to remove the crap. Also never really understand why micro soft cannot walk you through the installation process so that you can get your computer back to where you want it. Again you have to now where the defaults are set, how to start or not start, etc. They always change it just to make sure that yoiou have to call or spend money to get it right whereas google apps are just a click away. More consistent and if you need help you can google it. why do i find better support by googling it then going to HP or Microsoft help They clearly have no idea what they are doing in the AI space or jsut don ot care about custoemr support after 50 years of using them it just continues to get worse

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP is Stressful The initial purchase was late June. I had to return the ProBook cause the battery would not charge. The exchange process and reaching a live person was very stressful. Once I reached someone, I started getting several different calls from reps giving me different instructions. It took over a week to receive the exchanged equipment. I also purchased a license for Office and was told I'd receive an email to reinstall. I did not receive the email. I had to log onto the website because the printed instructions did not work. Once I found the instructions, still ended up calling several different not to request assistance to have the software reinstalled on the new ProBook.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP USBC Dock G5 Don't waste your money My HP ProBook 465 G11 is awesome. Fast and reliable. I also purchased additional HP products. The HP 725 Multi Rchrgbl WLS KBMSE works flawlessly. However I also purchased the HP USBC Dock G5 and it has NOT performed at all. It only supplies power to the ProBook, none of the USB or the HDMI ports work. I opened a support case HP Case Number: 5147997772 CRM:0086889002697 on 8/29/2025. After trying to downgrade the firmware with support the device is not recognized by the system. Support said it would require replacement. and opened Case Number: 5147997772. The validation team emailed and requested proof of purchase and a picture of the DOCK serial number that I did supply. Validation team rejected the serial number as they indicated it was not correct, and told me to contact dock support again and ask them to update the case. I have done that twice but still NO resolution. So I have a dock station that is useless. Very disappointed in the replacement process. I have been a long time supporter of HP products but am now questioning my judgement and may have to look at Dell for future purchase. Please help me resolve this issue. I expect products I purchase to work or be replaced but I'm being ignored, not by the Dock station team but the validation team. I'll be sure to alert all of my friends not to throw their money away on HP products. I would appreciate a resolution asap. I also purchased HP 65W USBC Laptop ChargerUS that apparently I don't need and want to return it (unopened product) but there doesn't appear to be an option on the HP website to perform this action. Please help. Support is not working to assist
