New business laptop
I love the product so far. I struggled to find what I needed online so had to speak with a CSR who was able to help me. He seemed to be in a hurry so I didn’t order some of the extras I had planned. He also made a mistake in my mailing address so it arrived at my neighbors home instead of mine.

Poor quality
The mousepad is very noisy, and the battery only lasts three hours. I’ve had a 450 G5 for work and the quality has decreased drastically. Wish I had selected a different model or brand.
