Poor product, poo customer service
I could not complete setup. Online chat tech could not complete setup. I was advised to return for refund as HP would not replace with like notebood even though it is still available., I sent notebook back via prepaid Fedex label. Returned item has been received by HP.. Still waiting for refund. Poor product and poor customer service. Distasteful experience.
