Not that great.
Speakers stopped working within a month. In Canada their warranty is so cumbersome that I’d rather just live with it since it’s a work machine and now everything has been setup.
Machine is decent, plastiky but does the job.

Hp ProBook is a Workhorse, a Terrific Partner!
This is my 2nd ProBook--my other one lasted 12 years & I only purchased a new one because of Windows 11 change. I cannot imagine my life without the ProbBook! I did not choose the 1st one--the HP sales person asked me what I needed it for and how I would use it, then he recommended the ProBook & he really got it 100%. It is a workhourse--plain and simple, it will work all day long on documents, and everything else I need it to do. I am older (70 now) and I use it to teach a few college courses, run a study group, maintain all our accounts. I also have an ebay and etsy store, so it needs to run both of those along with uploading camera images for listing all items for sale. What I love: the keys are a wonderful size for fingers ( they allow you the room to hit the key without hitting extras--also if you happen to have a little tremor like my husband, the keys work well for those medical issues. The keys are marked well with large letters and numbers. The space bar is a nice width--in fact, all the keys are so well proportioned--it means a lot to be able to navigate easily along the keyboard. USB Ports are well aligned and easy to get to, icons are easy to read on the keys, and the screen is a perfect size to easily see all my work. It is lightweight, which is a good thing if you carry it around ( we don't--ours stays at the work station). I had Geek Squad set this up along with my new HP printer and the set-up ( according to the agent) was a breeze. He set up both the computer, the printer, did the Microsoft Office digital download and transferred all my files from the retired ProBook to the new one along with camera uploads and info for ebay and etsy stores--all this in 1 1/2 hours. I started working on the new ProBook that afternoon and it has been a joy all week! I have had superb luck with getting 2 wonderful sales agents at HP both times--this last time, Parker helped me and again made all the right recommendations. I cannot thank HP enough--for those of us who are NOT tech savvy, we need to know we can depend on a company that cares well for its customers and delivers outstanding products that will serve us well. Thank you again for taking care of our family and our very small home-based business--we appreciate your dedication and commitment!

Batteries Need Improving
Laptop performs very well, although the battery life when unplugged from source power only lasts for approximately 1 to 2 hours on full charge when using office 365 word and Excel. I had asked for an extended life battery after purchasing seven of last year's same model laptop with the same issue. I utilize other brands which last two to three times longer.

Top choice among other brands, and types of computers. Good for business. Just watch out for bloat.
I like that it as Ethernet, a fingerprint sensor away from power button and keyboard, good hardware for day to day stuff and even some games, strong build quality such as little flex at keyboard, power and data transfer at usb-c, and the screen is more or less good enough. I did a factory install of windows soon as I got it though.

A perfect laptop for my needs
Let me start from the pre-purchase and delivery process which was very smooth. I called the customer line and I was guided to make a choice based on my preference and intended need and use. This machine is very sleek. It runs very fast, has a medium size screen size of 14'' which fits perfectly into my school bag. Would sure recommend this machine for any college or graduate student. My only problem is the battery which does not last long than 8 hours of continuous use. In totality, it is a good laptop.

Solid computer, good performance, some bloatware
Solid computer performance although a bit bulky, metal feel exterior and really quiet. The only thing with it is the HP Wolf Security software. It will make the computer super slow the moment you install it.
