fast and beautiful
The PC shipped fast, packaged beautifully, has a great keyboard and screen and was easy to set up. It is also fast and a pleasure to use.

Unacceptable
I have had this OmniBook a little over a month and have already had bios upgrades forced on me twice.
I turn on the computer in the morning expecting to be able to use it but instead get a bios update I was not warned about. This is ridiculous. Furthermore, I went to HP for Customer Service and found that there was no way to contact hp by email or any other way. Instead I was offered technical support for a monthly fee.

Hangs sometimes for no reason
The laptop hangs sometimes for no reason. There are no games or special software installed, only MS Office and some utilities. The screen resolution could be better.

N/A
So far, so good. I just hope it lasts longer than the last HP Laptop. It gave up in less than 3 years.

Probably a Good Computer BUT...
Always had good experiences with HP computers. Bought this laptop and was disappointed that the external speakers would not work. Every time the computer woke or was rebooted, I had to re-install the audio drivers. I called customer support (they could not fix the issue and did not honor a promised call-back), tried chat (the person on the other was not responsive), and used the AI bot (sadly the most helpful) and could not resolve the issue. Final resolution: returned for refund. Follow up: 3 days after returning, I got a phone call from support person saying "Sorry I did not return your call but I'm here now, how is your computer working?"
