Rated 5 out of 5 by from Probably a Good Computer BUT... Always had good experiences with HP computers. Bought this laptop and was disappointed that the external speakers would not work. Every time the computer woke or was rebooted, I had to re-install the audio drivers. I called customer support (they could not fix the issue and did not honor a promised call-back), tried chat (the person on the other was not responsive), and used the AI bot (sadly the most helpful) and could not resolve the issue. Final resolution: returned for refund. Follow up: 3 days after returning, I got a phone call from support person saying "Sorry I did not return your call but I'm here now, how is your computer working?"

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty nice - 2 concerns Hi. The computer is fast and so far no problems. I like that is has 3 USB ports and an HDMI. I love the back-lit keyboard. Nice size SSD drive too. -The keyboard keys being right next to each other is something I am no longer used to and results in accidentally pressing the adjacent keys sometimes (this didn't happen on the older type keyboards where there is a decent amount of space between the letters, it would have been nicer to have the spaces). -The USB-C power cord concerns me. It doesn't feel as sturdy as the older round power cords and I am concerned that either the cord or the port will break. -I would have preferred a matte screen - I don't need touch screen and it is much harder to see the screen if there is a window or other light behind me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Good Value worth the money spent for laptop and printer from HP

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unacceptable I have had this OmniBook a little over a month and have already had bios upgrades forced on me twice. I turn on the computer in the morning expecting to be able to use it but instead get a bios update I was not warned about. This is ridiculous. Furthermore, I went to HP for Customer Service and found that there was no way to contact hp by email or any other way. Instead I was offered technical support for a monthly fee.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from N/A So far, so good. I just hope it lasts longer than the last HP Laptop. It gave up in less than 3 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP OMNIBOOK X Set-up was not particularly easy - needed to purchase an HP Windows 11 Reset System Recovery disc to restore the original operating system that froze while starting. Spent 4 to 5 hours reinstalling the original software received with this PC. Additionally, the pre-installed AV program had to be removed to install my Norton AV suite of protections. All in all, it seems that this LT will ultimately be a fully functional personal computer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful new computer. Very Adaptable to old and new programs. I really enjoy my new HP Laptop computer. The screen is especially notable as high quality. I've had some difficulty with the mouse clicks to open an app. It will take some getting used to.
