This headset came with the computer I bought and I may have used it once or twice. If you're looking for a good headset that you're using daily I think there are a few better options. This is a good mid-grade set though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Headset works great, but not a durable quality - for light use. Headset works great - this is a light weight design - and expected based on the price paid. For the price paid it's worth it. If you are using for yourself and not planning to pack and travel with it - will work fine and last - but it will not last long if you are frequently packing it - the headphone portion does not seem to be attached in a very durable fashion. Since I am only using in my WFH office and don't intend to travel with it- I believe it will be durable enough. The lightweight design is nice and you don't get a headache from wearing it. I am told that I sound clear to the people I am talking to. This is not designed for noise cancelling or for high definition sound quality - but great for meetings.

The volume knob is nice, but would have preferred a mute/unmute button like the Jabra headsets instead. Like I said, it was free.

This reminds me of the headphones you get from your school that they have in a box and pass out during tests. 20$ for this luckily I got it for free with my (delayed) laptop. I’m low key kinda mad that my laptop got delayed after waiting a month only to have to wait another month but looking at these headphones take some pain away since some people actually bought this for 20$. It’s alright works fine but isn’t 20$ worth.

I've tried using them and they didn't seem to work but I don't know if it's the device or operator error. Shouldn't be difficult (plug and play), but plugging the device into the laptop did not transfer sound to the headphones. Volume control on cord was useless if the sound wasn't coming into the external device.
