Good size for laptop and accessories. Needs more external pockets. Decent price with discount.
Adequate size for my 16" laptop and accessories. It has a mesh pocket on the side, but I wish it had more external pockets.

Side pocket needs improvements
There should be two side pockets instead of one. It is too small to fit a medium or large water bottle. It should be stitched on the bottom of the backpack for easier access.
