Your design change for the stand is absolutely horrible. Very flimsy compared to the previous design. The camera now is flimsy as well. This is not a good look for HP. You had the perfect sturdy stand and pop up camera. Should have kept it. Have a need for several more systems with 27” screens. Will have to look elsewhere. Your new design is very poor.

FABULOUS COMPUTER.....EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!
I have the HP EliteOne 840 G9 All-in-One Touchscreen for about 10 days now. The setup was extremely easy. This computer replaces my EliteOne G2 that I purchased in 2016. This one is more streamlined and I didn't have to customize because the features and specs are perfect as is. It is perfectly quiet with the 512 SSD. The new wired keyboard and mouse are great
also. The keyboard has larger letters than in the past so it is easier to read. The mouse is so light weight. Much better than the wireless keyboard and mouse I had before. I am extremely pleased particularly with the way I can move the screen/monitor virtually in any direction with a very gentle touch. The camera works great and the Bang & Olufsen Sound with the Realtek Audio is superior. The preloaded Wolf security is really, really good. Their extentions automatically download from the moment you start using the computer. I kept going to their icon to check if everything was working and it runs in the background. I will definitely purchase this after the complimentary first year is up. I believe it will run $35 a year after that, but don't hold me to it. To sum up, I love this newly redesigned G9. Thank you HP. I honestly cannot find any negatives at this point. I would highly recommend this computer.

Nice computer - UGLY Camera!!! Why revert back to the stone age camera. So Bad!! I would like to rip it off but don't want to break the computer :((( So mad I bought this and didn't send it back!!

The Quality is worth the price.
Quality and worth it. Use it in a business, very harsh conditions for a computer, and this one does the job. I did upgrade the keyboard and mouse to wireless. The touchscreen is great, and the display is clear. The power and sleek design is spot on.

Service was nightmare
Great computer; however key board has a stuck key. Still waiting on replacement, since Nov 6! It took me many calls and hrs to get service to agree to send new keyboard. They insisted in a remote access to check a hardware ( stuck key) issue.

SDD failed and it took over 4 days to get the system analyzed and finally when I requested it they send another SDD. Your off shore phone support is not the greatest if they have to get off script. Another all-in-one started experiencing issues where dots were automatically showing in the field we needed to input data. 2 of 5 have now had hardware issues
