If only HP support was better
The Desktop was great, setup was easy and its performance is very good. Two problems, the first is that it was advertised as coming with a three-year warranty. Set it up and found that according to HP, it only had a one-year warranty. First attempt at customer service I was told to call a different number. That number resulted in "that's not our problem; you need to contact via email and entity called SRG. Sent an email to SRG, I did receive a response fairly fast, in very poor English, that it was referred to another entity. After one week of not getting a response, I tried again. This time I got an OOO message which I presume to mean "Out of Office." Another week and I tried again, only to receive your concern is of high priority and we will get back to you when we have an answer. Another week and still no answer. This shouldn't have been difficult; I provided the original offer which clearly said three years. Now I'm aggravated and writing a poor review for a good product. The second problem is that keyboard that came with the system doesn't respond to every spacebar and it duplicates some keys. I haven't yet to get that resolved, but I hope it goes better than the warranty issue

Bumpy Start, Terrific Finish
This is my 2nd one. Had issues with the 1st purchase. Had to return it. HP made me whole and quickly. No questions asked. Getting to the right Help Desk took a bit of a battle and waiting and dealing with AI prompts but I was made whole- worth the pain going thru that. I was treated well, the Help Desk even called me and returned my calls to ensure the 2nd PC was working as it should. The PC is nice, fast and boots up fast. Worth the price. Worth buying direct from HP as I did.

First mini computer
New mini desktop is working great and the small size saves a ton of space on my desk. The windows 11 is a vast improvement over my old windows 11. Still takes some getting used to format changes and layout, but old habits die hard. I find it unusual that this purchase came with a wired keyboard/mouse. That is so far past for a system like this. I expected wireless, but luckily I already had a set that I use with the new computer. It does have limited USB ports due to size of the computer so I did have to purchase a couple of expansion ports. With wireless Keyboard/mouse, wireless antenna and dual monitors all my ports would be have used up leaving no open ones for other use.
