Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disaster with EliteBook Bought an EliteBook...the machine lasted for one week and died. I contacted support 3 times...was told to reimage the hard drive. When I started the reimage, the EliteBook died completely. Dead. No boot up...nothing. I contacted returns and was less than impressed. Bureaucracy...FedEx shipping label coming to me to ship machine back. Never arrived, nothing. Two emails...oh...do you want a new EliteBook?? What?? I've learned my lesson people, just get FedEx to email the shipping label so I can get rid of this thing and move on. Horrible experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sad After being a solid HP advocate for over a de ade. I had my first problem. The laptop, out of the box, was missing content on webpages. Such as the boxes to fill in names, emails, or passwords. Also, the enter or submit buttons. After spending hours online with no help. Getting hung up on, without even answering, multiple times. I gave up. This company has literary zero actual support. No clear process for timely warranty claims. No actual people to aid in fixing, what seems to be, a simple problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Computer ! I really love my new HP EliteBook! I was in a haunt for a computer that was good for Architecture Software like Cad and Revit. I am glad it works for my educational needs. I really recommend it !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed. I am very disappointed in that I have had trouble with connecting my printer, my Book external storage will not connect. Support said I had a virus when attempting to connect my printer. This was unacceptable as I purchased the anti virus program. The overall look is good, keys are small, screen is bright.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Make a wish for a valid laptop serial number! The serial number on my new laptop is considered invalid by HP support, so I cannot initiate a support chat or phone call. HP support seems most concerned with me proving I actually purchased the PC and it actually has the serial number. After providing the requested documentation, I am now getting radio silence. I'm beginning to regret this purchase. This is my second attempt to get it corrected. The first support person said wait a few days (it has been weeks), and if not corrected I could return the laptop. The laptop works fine (except for some annoying fan noise), so it seemed that an extreme option. Anyway, I'm not feeling the love from HP support, so take that into consideration for any potential purchases. Also, it is irritating to have to nag them, I wish they would take the lead and provide progress and status reports.
