Flaky and Poor Customer Service.
I have always used Dell and I should have continued to use Dell. I purchased a 3 year warranty and only got credit for one year. In trying to reach someone and get it resolved I had to jump through hoops and its still not resolved. Things lock up and I am getting errors for no reason.

Disappointing Keyboard Layout but Otherwise a Great Computer
I bought this to run a very complex Excel spreadsheet, it runs it about twice as fast as my previous HP workstation Z book computer. At least for the spreadsheet I have, fast single thread performance seems to be king and the high clock speed really matters.
The one criticism I have is the keyboard. There are number/arrow keys on the right side of the keyboard, they default to arrows, I don't understand the thinking for this, there are dedicated arrow keys right next to it, I would much rather have the keys be dedicated number keys. Like many people I like to enter numbers using an adding machine kind of number layout. I only ever use them as number keys and I constantly, accidentally have them being arrow keys and have to press the number lock key and redo my entry. They changed the arrow keys on this keyboard versus my previous computer and mixed the page up and page down keys with the arrow keys. I use the arrow keys a lot and I am constantly hitting page up or down by accident, this was a terrible design decision. Move page up and down back to the top of the keyboard so the arrow keys sit by themselves and make the right side number keys dedicated number keys and this would be a great computer.
