Shame on you
The first one that I received was a brick, did nothing. When I returned it I got a run-around for several days; nobody could tell me the status or when I'd get a replacement. Now I have the replacement, and it is working acceptably - except the built-in camera doesn't work. That's ok, I don't need it, but this is a bad example of defective equipment from a company that once produced high-quality computers.

Lightweight and Fast
My work computer went out and I had to order this one using my phone. I really didn't realize it was the 360 until it arrived and I was pretty stoked about that! It's quite a bit smaller than my last laptop and lacks the numbers keyboard, so I did get a wireless keyboard for it. I love that it is so compact- even with the keyboard! And it comes with a pen!

Failed out of the box
This unit failed right out of the box. Wasted hours trying to repair. HP Support was VERY VERY VERY poor. Wasted hours and was placed in the typical run around loop trying to return the unit. Run do not walk from the new downgraded HP. (I have been Compaq / HP Certified for 25 years - disgusted)

Beautiful design and an excellent upgrade for my software development needs
It's been about 6 years since I bought my last HP laptop. To me, that's an amazing feat. To create a machine that has held up to years of use. So, when I came to look for my next laptop, HP was at the top of my list. I upgraded to the higher line of machine, the Elitebook, and I am amazed with the design decisions that HP has made. First, it's USB-C charging, so it is a common standard and plugs right into my existing setup. The shell of the laptop is all metal, no plastic, and it is amazingly thin. Now on to the small things that HP added that I think are extremely thoughtful. The integrated camera has an integrated privacy screen. The slider is almost invisible. You just slide your finger across and you can see the screen move into place ensuring your privacy. Since this is a touch screen, it comes with a pen. My old laptop had a pen as well and this new one is upgraded. First, it has an integrated battery and is charged via USB-C as well. Then, and my favorite feature, is that it magnetically mounts to the side of the laptop, and it's a strong magnet. I'm really impressed. Since I do software development, I bought this laptop specifically for the upgraded RAM and CPU, and so far, I have been able to do everything I have wanted without slowing down the machine. If you are looking for a lightweight, high-quality machine with good design aesthetics, give this model a try.

HP’s elite book line is top-notch. So being able to buy this on sale is a big deal!
Got a great price on this high-tech modern laptop. My employer uses elite book line and the first one I got in my job over 10 years ago was excellent So I know this laptop would be better than the average laptop you buy at Best Buy. The fit and finish is high grade and modern!
