Not a touch screen
Touch screen doesn't work. Spent hours trying to figure it out, including an hour with my work's IT support. There isn't even customer service for this monitor as it says it is "no longer supported." Can't even find a phone number for HP support and neither could our IT. Back it goes! I won't be buying anything else HP after this experience.

This is a touch screen and a good one too
VGA or HDMI cables connect to PC as a regular monitor. When you connect USB to USB 3.0B cable (supplied), the touch screen works right away. With a mouse I right clicked in the bottom bar to show the keyboard icon which I can press whenever I need to type.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
I bought 2 of these monitors to use with my 2022 HP Spectre and the touch screen does not work. I spend 3 hrs on the phone with customer service/technical support and they were of no help. The monitors are of low quality, and without the touchscreen feature they are over priced.

Screen is Grainy
The screen works fine but is pretty grainy. The mouse and keyboard have already quit after a week of use.
