I can't believe HP would sell a refurb that was broken. Very disappointing.
It did not power up and smelled like smoke.

Excellent printer
I love this printer it was the perfect choice for me. This is my second HP printer I still use the first one for smaller jobs but this new one is just what I needed.

My 2nd HP Laser Jet Printer, Fax, Copier.
I’ve only had this new printer for a couple of days but so far, it’s everything I expected. My last HP lasted several years so I stuck with what I know which is quality printing and next to no service issues.

Almost perfect
The printer works fabulous as expected. Scanning is fantastic. My biggest qualm is when printing/loading the paper tray with legal size, the paper tray sticks out the front. It’s a poor design. Second qualm is the price to replace printer cartridges.

False advertising on legal size
This printer does not scan or copy in the same color as the original. A blue actually scans and prints as black. Also it does not have the capability to print or copy a true legal size document. It is advertisized as a legal but it is not. HP has represented it incorrectly. I spent 50 minutes on a call with tech support concerning these matters. They said HP will contact me to resolve the issue. I am hoping this occurs.

Worst HP Printer ever
Never had such a frustrating HP printer. Keeps asking if you want to be able to print "Any paper, Any size" requiring you to hit the yes button on the printer screen, happens regularly, w/o reason. It sometimes decides not to print at all so you'll have to change from network to smart print or back.
Now when you have to buy a new cartridge, for all 4 (Black, Cyan, Magenta, & Yellow) you'll be into it over $920.00. Thats 30% more than the price of the whole darn printer.
It's a piece of junk, buy something else.

Great quality & value
Love this printer! I got this for my classroom. Hate that I had to buy my own printer for efficiency but glad i got myself a quiet, awesome quality machine for my SpEd classroom!
