I received my new printer in a well protected box. The set up of all the parameters was extremely easy just following the screen prompts. The print quality both in color and black/white was great. I would recommended this printer to anyone looking to upgrade to a complete complement of features.

Great printer!
So far, I am loving this printer! It warms up and prints very quickly and it prints multiple documents in a very timely manner. It’s also pretty quiet when it’s printing, which is nice. The quality of the printer, the copier and the scanner have all been good. The only issue I have had with it so far is that it will randomly lose its connection to my wifi. I will print something and it will say it’s online, then a little while later when I go to print again, it’ll say it’s offline. Nothing else in my office is losing its connection while I’m working, so I don’t believe it’s my wifi. If the issue continues then I will try connecting the printer through an ethernet port and see if that fixes it. I am still learning a lot of the features that this printer has to offer and I can update my review as time goes on. As for now, if you’re questioning whether to buy this printer, I would say buy it!

Great Addition to any Home Office
I purchased this new LaserJet to replace an aging inkjet. The setup only took around 15 minutes, then I was connected to my home network and printing from my devices.
I am very impressed with the quality and the speed of the prints. Images were printed in seconds and the colors were impressive, and so vibrant and crisp.
The touchscreen panel is very responsive and user-friendly. It's easy to navigate through the settings or to customize your printing.
The build quality is excellent, and the printer felt very sturdy and durable as I opened the panels to check the toner and load the paper.
Overall, the HP Color LaserJet Pro 3301fdw is a well-built printer with a host of impressive features. This workhorse of a printer delivers wonderful print quality, speed, and convenience and has been a great addition to my home office. I highly recommend this LaserJet all-in-one printer to anyone looking to upgrade to a top-notch printer.

Almost awesome...
This printer is great. It prints fast, easy copying, and great support. I can use this printer via connecting my laptops or even wireless through my android, and with Windows 11. The printer is a bit loud and noisy at start up. Print quality is stellar, and I think the quality meets the large copiers at my real office. I do like the fact it uses toner and not ink, even if the toner costs more for a refill. I think the paper tray is a bit small, and the screen/built in OS is not as useful as HP's bigger options, but for a home office color laser on multiple computers, I don't think you can beat this.

Best Color Laser Printer on the Market
I am a teacher and need to have access to a printer that is fast an offers many different features. I like the ability to choose have have my document printer in color when I need to print out my classroom posters, in order to make them stand out. I also like the ability to print out my worksheet so that I can easily take them an make copies if needed. The convenience of the scanner allows me to be able to scan documents that I may need to share with my administration or parents. I really appreciate the functionality and ease of this printer, and would highly recommend to to my colleagues as both a work or personal printer.

Great Muti Functional Printer!
Having never purchased or used a Laser printer before, I was very excited to setup and start using the HP LaserJet Pro 3301. I am happy to report that I am extremely satisfied with its performance. The setup process was fairly easy, and I was able to start printing within minutes. The print quality is exceptional, producing sharp and professional-looking documents, flyers, brochures, business cards or whatever I need printed. The graphics are incredible! The printing tray adjusts to fit all different sizes so that is nice. I am in the design business so I never know what I will be designing next! The printer is fast and efficient, saving me valuable time, especially when I have a lot to print!! I appreciate the printer's connectivity options, allowing me to print from various devices with ease. Additionally, the printer's compact design is a space-saver, packing a lot of punch in a regular sized printer. I do highly recommend the HP LaserJet Pro 3301 to anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality printer for their home or office. It has certainly exceeded my expectations and has made my printing tasks much more efficient. No more changing out ink cartridges after a not so big job!!!! I can't believe it has taken so long to purchase a Laser printer!

Quick and high quality printing
I recently bought this printer as I was needing a new printer. The print quality is great, and colors and lines are sharp! It’s great being able to scan, copy, and print all from one device. Initial set up was easy. I had a minor issues when needing to select a different wi-fi network. Once setup if needing to change the network settings, you have to go through administrator access, but you need the password. After a lot of searching I reached out to HP, turned out the password is on the printer in the toner door. Issue resolved and back to quick printing. The ability to print from a phone is huge. I couldn’t be happier with my new printer!

Quality Printing
We are using The HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP3301 FDW printer as a network printer. We were spending several hundred dollars a month having a company print off our maintenance item list. We have been using the MFP300 FDW to print the sheets in the office. The sheets are two-sided. We were able to print 25 copies in minutes. The quality is great, the color is vibrant, the ink is dry so the sheets do not smudge. Installation was straight forward. Following the setup guide walks you through the process. This printer can fax, copy and scan documents. Currently, we are only using the scan, copy and print features. To scan documents all that has to be done is follow the prompts on the printer display and the document goes directly to a scan file that we set up for everyone to access.

Great printer
Right out of the box this printer is easy to set up and start using. Connecting to WiFi was simple and quick, opened up the HP Smart app on the computer and it linked right away and prompted a quick update. The speed which this printer prints is wonderful, and faster than my prior LaserJet printer, and it is quieter too.
As a small business owner, I need the capability to print in color on occasion, fax documents, and scan documents, and this printer does it all.
My husband was against purchasing a color printer because it is always magenta that runs out first, so time will tell, but in the meantime I'm already impressed with this printer.

Very Professional Printing and Scanning
So I was looking for a good laser color printer as I start a new business. My current printer is ink jet and not very crisp printing. This printer has a great printing product and bonus (for me) MFP scanning. This printer will serve my new business very well!

HP Color LaserJet Pro 3301fdw
This is a replacement for my almost 10 year old HP color laser printer that was finally showing its age after years of use with no issues but was just not sounding heathy any longer. The new Laser jet 3301 was so easy to set up. Right out of the box all I had to do was 1: plug the power cord in the printer and outlet 2: take a few pieces of tape off the off the printer 3: add paper 4: turn it on and connect to wifi. after a quick software update it was ready to go.
The printer connected to my Mac book with just to add a printer in setting and it was already to go to print and scan. Nothing crazy like tying to find the right driver or download software
From out of box to printing was a crazy fast 10 minutes.
I have to give HP a 10 out 10 on how easy they made everything for this printer as the cartridges were already installed and just had to basically open box and add paper
The printer has a huge touch screen for a home/small office printer and all the doors and drawers are very sturdy. An I have no doubt this HP printer will last a long time just like my last HP printer did.

Best Multifunction printer for the money
The HP Color LaserJet Pro 3301fdw is a great and well packaged multifunction printer. My last printer is twice the size and takes a long time to warm up to laser print. The HP phone app and web based setup was easy to complete. The phone app allows me to print directly to the printer. I love how it only takes a few seconds to warm up and start printing along with being super quiet. The multifunction control screen is largw amd all main function are easy to use. I love the two tone black and white atheistic and this printer blends in well in my home office.

A Life of Color!
After many years of settling for a black and white laser printer, I finally decided to splurge for my dream of color laser printing. The HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301fdw checks all my boxes. The size of the unit fits precisely where my old, ancient multifunction printer fit. It seems to be about the same size as their multifunction inkjet printers. This unit is built very well. The doors, hinges and trays are sturdy with a good weight to them.
The setup process was a breeze. As soon as I powered on the unit, I was asked to join my wifi network. A firmware update took place immediately, and I was ready to print within 3 minutes of plugging the unit in.
I ran a test by printing a full page color photo of my kids from my phone. It received and printed the photo in a total of 6 seconds. I do believe the PPM rating on this unit is a little underrated. When printing invoices, I was able to print 38 full page invoices which included color in a little over a minute.
I always choose HP LaserJet printers. My first HP LaserJet from 1993 still works. This is my 5th HP LaserJet in my lifetime, and they have never let me down. I only upgrade over the years for the newer features. Thanks HP!

Good Quality Printer
I had a little trouble with set up of the printer but once I got the correct driver installed it has worked flawlessly. The print speed is fast and produces high quality prints. The scan function and utility work great and it is easy to set up different modes depending on what you would like to scan. The screen is easy to navigate and make adjustments. I like how quiet and fast this prints documents. Overall I am very satisfied.

Printing is fast and accurate. Fast first-page output and high page-per-minute performance in black and full color means you won’t be waiting long for your printouts. Black text printouts are incredibly sharp. The color accuracy when printing in full-color mode beats many other color laser printers I’ve owned from Canon, Brothers, Xerox, and others. There’s an automatic print duplexer and a manual paper tray feeder for envelopes and special media. There are also individually changeable color toner cartridges available in two capacities.
The Automatic Document Feeder makes copying easy and accurate. Although the ADF doesn’t feature an auto-duplexer, the scanning feature is fast and accurate. It reproduces text without blurring. I’ve had a non-HP inkjet printer for a while and I finally had the opportunity to upgrade not only to the HP brand but also to a LaserJet and what a difference!
First, the print spend is great, the print quality is sharper, and the color is bright and vibrant The paper saving and double-sided printing is automatic versus having to print 1 page and turn it over and print again on the other side.
Second, no more messy spills, dried ink on the print head, color bleed or constantly buying ink refills. Thanks to their toner-based system, prints from color laser printers resist fading and smudging over time, and print a lot before needing to buy a new toner cartridge
Lastly, Their HP smart app is extremely useful and simplified. You have access to your printer settings, order supplies (instant ink), and print, scan, or copy photos and documents straight from your phone. It's an easy install

Super Easy and Quick
I was waiting for a good color double sided wifi printer for my KG kids’ art related stuff and drawing. She does need lot of prints for her art class. When I got this printer, I initially thought of Researching a lot to setup and all, but to my pleasant surprise, it was super quick and easy for a person who is not into much of tech. And immediately we are able to print from phone wirelessly and the prints were super quick, without much noise and got good quality. I loved this. It doesn’t appear bigger as I initially thought before buying. My kid was super happy with this and she is able to print all by herself from our phones and her tablets. We tried to print photos as well which are pretty good. I recommend this!!

Great home or small group printer
Received the unit and its packaged really well for removal and easy installation. Everything is preinstalled so only need to remove just the few tapes keeping the drawers in place and ready for setup. Setup was very simple and straight forward. Ran through few questions on the physical printer to connect to the local WIFI. I set this unit up for my house and its perfect. Very compact compared to the color MFC of few years ago. Windows 11 detects the unit and installed it fine but had some issues with the scanning portion. Downloaded the software from HP and still had issues getting it to connect for Printer to PC direct scan. After couple troubleshooting its working fine. I always setup direct scan to email so it was a moot point but I wanted to make sure it was working as advertised.
Printing is pretty fast and warm up for first print is also very fast. Color output is fine for illustrations and color documents but for photos it's still far from inkjet technology photo finish. Overall, I really enjoy using the unit. Is perfect for a small workgroup and home business.

Crisp and colorful prints
I have been using HP printers for a quarter century now and have been using their Laserjet printers for around 20 years of that time and I have come to trust the performance, ease of use, and print quality of HP's printer line, and I am highly impressed with the Laserjet Pro 3301fdw! This printer is the quietest I have ever used while maintaining time to print and print speed. Print quality is top notch with Matt, Gloss, and cardstock!
Setup and install was easy and quick with no issues, and the printer comes with the base toner cartridges, all 218a series. In my case I use my printers for my home network so that all of my devices have access. Once out of the box, with shipping tape removed, I plugged in the unit and went through the touch screen setup. Simply entering my wifi credentials connected the printer, and it showed on the network immediately without issue. I first installed the printer on my android phone using the HP Smart app. Install was almost immediate and I was quickly able to test print. I next installed the printer on a Windows 11 desktop, two Windows 11 laptops, and a Windows 10 laptop, all installs were fast and easy using the HP Smart app on each. All that was needed was to install the app on the Windows devices, in my case the app was already installed, and hit "add new printer". The app found the printer within a few seconds, choose the printer and the installation completes. Once I verified the install on our devices I then accessed the printer setup and went about securing the printer and setting up the individual settings. You can skip this process but I highly suggest securing it and setting up scan to email and fax. The easiest way to update settings is to open a browser and type in the IP address of the printer to access the printers web server. From there the additional setup is a breeze.
After the final setup I tested scan both flatbed and duplex. Scan was super quick as the 3301fdw will scan both sides of each page, should you choose, when scanning in batch mode and order the pages properly. All scans were crystal clear. Scan to email was quick and easy as was fax.
Final word from me is that the Laserjet Pro 3301fdw is the epitome of what I have come to expect from HP printers and it's printer like the 3301fdw which will keep me coming back to HP for decades to come!
