The duplexing option is a timesaver - so nice not to have to pull out paper trays and mess with changing paper. Very happy with this choice!

Rated 5 out of 5 bygregnx from Apps stopped working and can't be resurrected.Apps feature of the printer stopped working. This severely cripples the capability of the scanner function. Disappointing failure on an otherwise great machine.

Set up was quick and easy. the photos are a little dark, but this could be how the photo was taken. The color is spot on. Scanning and copying work well. I have not checked the fax, not using it, do not have a phone line. Setting up the wifi was easy, and I have printed from both my phone and tablet, both Android. First copy out is fast, even in sleep mode. I use tray 2 for every day printing, and the multi function for photos, business cards, anything that does not use regular printer paper. I would recommend this printer to anyone.

You have to insert the paper back in manually for it to print on the other side. I wish I read that more carefully before ordering this printer. Other then that, it's fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 byHeartbroken1 from Not for photos or wireless connectionsThis is not a good printer for quality photo prints, even when you use the special paper that's recommended. For brochures it's great, but I didn't need that. It is supposed to link to my computer without a wire... wrong, there is a known issue that won't allow it to, so I have to connect it to my computer. My printer is 13 months old and the heater fuser is out so this means spending another $200 to replace it or just get a cheaper printer that can do what I wanted this to do in the first place- bigger and more expensive does NOT mean better... UGH!!! And BTW, why can't a CS person be contacted on the phone....
