New Chromebox
The Chromebox works as advertised. I already had an all-in-desktop Chrome OS machine.
When I turned on the new machine and entered Google PW, everything was there. For now Google will support the OS until 2030. There is supposed be an updated OS available this month.

Almost Perfect
Great choice for those who are past Windows. Just like your Android phone or Chromebook, only better. One thing; this HP Chromebox (Chrome OS) is incompatible with the HP Smart app. How & why is beyond me & their tech support.

Not as good as the old versions.
My older version of this laptop had a much better design, was faster, and was less clunky. The newer Spectres are not as good as the older ones.

It was delivered in december and I have regretted my purchase ever since. The camera does not work during video calls, the laptop freezes whenever and to make matters worse, hp customer service does not help. Please do not buy this laptop. Also, I do not use it for games; and just use it for school work.

Great little machine - needs keyboard illumination redesign
There's very little that's disappointing about this machine. What keeps me from a five-star click is the key-top design which renders the letters practically illegible when illuminated, and the fact that HP still delivers this more premium two-way laptop with their crappy bloatware. You can't blame HP, but Microsoft still wields a heavy hand in their initialization routine. They refuse to let users choose the Edge browser on its own merits (who would?) - but to their credit, they have gotten so much better at easing the transfer of software license keys.

HP vs Dell is a no brainer!
Coming from a larger Dell Inspiron it takes a little to get used to the smaller landscape available as far as the screen goes but the response, clarity, speed there is no comparison. Great deal so far for a laptop and every day I discover new things to like or live with. Worth the $1000!

Awesome Laptop!!
Love this laptop. Had a previous version of an HP Spectre, that one lasted me a while. While the size of this laptop screen is smaller, its actually bigger than my 14" screen. Windows 11 is awesome, lots of new features. Love my laptop!

5 Stars BUT get a screen protector
Have had this for a little over 3 months and it is AWESOME. Pen is great, build quality superb, fast computing for such a compact machine, a micro SD card slot. HOWEVER, I would recommend you get a screen protector as the finish on the screen can easily be scratched by the pen stylus. Annoying, but I should have probably picked up a screen protector in the first place.
