Bad Design
I bought a Designjet T520 and it is not a well designed printer! The paper is hard to load, I get erroneous readings about what paper I have loaded. It will work fine one time and then not the next. I loved my Designjet 430 and was expecting the same quality, it's not there! The T520 is a horrible machine.

It's INK. Why does it need a review?
I am so happy that I get an email nearly everyday asking me to review my purchase of ink from HP (minus 1 star). It does the job it's intended to do at more than double what it should probably cost (minus 1 star). I'd love to use some aftermarket ink but it's not worth the hassle of the printer recognizing it's not genuine HP ink. A 5 star product if you can come to terms with it costing more than it should.

This Ink Cartridge Lasts a Very long Time!
I bought this cartridge as a backup when the current HP711 80-ml in my printer runs out. Well, the current one still hasn't run out and I use it quite a bit. These cartridges last a very long time.

Best quality ink and best service every time
I always buy HP ink for my large format plotter...there is no other for our office. Our end product is a reflection of all the hard work of gathering data for the survey map. If the print is low quality it reflects negatively on the precision of the work performed. HP products are a necessity to us.

T 120 uses a lot of ink, so we go through a lot.
We make maps, usually 24x24 and the ink cartridges deplete pretty quick. If you are using the T120 daily, make sure to have extra cartridges. HP does deliver next day so it is not to bad.

I ordered a black ink cartridge from HP. It apparently was defective since it would not print.
Called HP customer service. Was put into a never ending hold loop. Will not order from HP again.

I purchased a full set of 711 ink cartridges for my T120 plotter as HP had a 30% off sale. I normally only but OEM inks and this was the perfect time. However, on ordering on their web site, the order would not go through. I called the 1-800 number they had the same issue as me but stated the 30% credit would post to my account. It never did and is why I am only giving HP not the cartridge 2 out of 5.

The product is great. The service was poor.
The order for 2 ink cartridges was filled with one. My request for the second cartridge was filled, but initially with my being charged for the second delivery, although the total amount was prepaid on the original order.
