It works well, but I work from home and the first cartridge is almost out. I don't print much (probably got about 200) sheets and will have to change it soon. Printer scanner and ink a great, just consider something else if you need to print a lot.

Boot up computer and you get a pop up add for HP, go to print something and you get a pop up add for HP ! I’ve tried everything to filter these out but they just keep coming! Very annoying

I was only able to print not even 100 pages before the ink said it was empty. Well, I’m having the same problem with these HP cartridges yet again, even through the HP company themselves. Looks like I’ll be buying a new printer and ditching HP altogether.

The cartridges are too expensive to go through them this fast. ive worked in word processing for decades, so i know how to set my printer to draft before a final version to use less ink, etc.. One thing i cant stand is every time you change a cartridge it automatically wastes alot of black and color print just by printing out test sheets! Im changing to the extralarge cartrdges but they are sooo much more expensive. HP is a good name in computers, but its either the printer or the ink set-up thats ripping us off. The print is good, like i said, just not for the value.

I was hoping to save some money. I realized quickly that the cartridges worked well at first but very quickly ran out of ink . HP cartridges last at least 2 times longer. Maybe even 3 times. Learn from my mistake , stick with HP cartridges !

Also, happily, they come with a bag, pre-postage-paid, self sealing, for returning the used cartridges, which I have a few of. The bag instructions recommends 3 to 8 used cartridges in the return bag; so I put in 9. After sealing the bag, I wished I had put in 12, because that would have filled out the bag completely and made it a little easier to handle, I think.

With working at home with this shelter-in situation I was in great need of the toner and the delayed shipment caused me to have to physically go out to purchase it. The cost was not any cheaper to buy directly from HP and I went through Ibotta to purchase it from HP and somehow their website did not honor the purchase with Ibotta so I was unable to get the benefits. Not sure if I would order directly with them again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from when it works, it prints fine, as expected sometimes the printer says it is not connected, despite no canges to connection having been made ... finding an answer to this in your instructions, or by phone, is impossible ... I think there is some glitch that changes the model number the computer is looking for and hence, not finding, but I can't resolve or correct this ... your customer service, no doubt worse now due to the pandemic, was not so good before

This happened with my last order for HP cartridge on Amazon which stopped printing well when still half full. I decided to go straight through HP and found the price to be the same. I received the product in less than five days during the corona lockdown and it is guaranteed to be genuine.

Once I put your original company brand in one printer took it OK and the newest printer still say not original ink. My sister-in-law suggested the instant ink. I have not really used the printer since I brought it. I have replaced this printer type twice and this is the three one and still I have not been able to used this printer since I brought it. I paid $99 to customer service to help with the problems and still have not been able to used this printer. So I gave up and it just sit there collecting dusk. It never goes into sleep mode.

It took less than 10 minutes and I had my ink within 2 days! I'll never go to the store again, I'll just order online. It wa so easy and stress free. No honking horns in a parking lot or sales people trying to get me to buy stuff I don't bneed! Just click and order. Two days later there it is in my mailbox and even an envelope to send back my empties postage free!

Hard to fix connectivity to printer sometimes, difficulties to remedy this issue, even though wi-fi works perfectly fine on all other devices!

Checked with IT and still couldn't figure out the problem (which I've forgotten now). Figured it out myself. Put the order through and it was at my door the next day -- which I loved!!! HP get some smarter people. But I will definitely be back when I need more ink. Did I also say it is cheaper than Staples (who just closed another store in my neighborhood).

In fact, when I checked the ink status it showed that the levels were fine. I purchased the ink online thinking it would be delivered within 1-2 days. That didn’t happen so I had to purchase additional ink. So, I haven’t used the ink from HP yet. The price was good though.

I don’t find tech support helpful. Call me for lacking smarts...I’m thinking of donating it to Goodwill. Don’t ask for a review; it just makes me angry all over again that I was so stupid to buy a HP

Help was very helpful but told me that if I had used Google I would have been put through with my order without any problems.
