DOESNT WORK!!
You must have sent me a refurb (i did not select this option) The install never worked, when I logged in to return it, it was listed that it was not eligible. I want my money back!!!

Only one to use!
We've tried the cheap toner & it's awful smears, leaves lines, etc.
So now we only use HP toner, it works with no issues!

Superb machine, with one caveat
Speed and functionality are from my perspective unbeatable.
Less laudable is incompatibility of toner cartridges for this machine's predecessor , the 426, with the 428. HP, will you detail why outside of obvious financial motive this machine cannot accept cartridges purchased for the 426 ?

scan feeder
Just prior to the original toner ending three lines appears on all scanned docs via document feeder. A new toner cartridge has not resolved this matter. Does this always happen between 3-6 months of usage?

Perfect Size
New Original HP High Yield Toner is the way to go. You change cartridges a lot less often. Saves time and money. Quality is always perfect. I never have to worry about off brand problems that always exist. I always buy new original HP.

Makes lots of copies
Buyers... we bought a new HP all in one printer. The store didn't have a cartridge that it needed. So... we went on line to purchase an extra cartridge & guess what we discovered??? The laser printer NOW has to have a cartridge with a computer chip. What does that mean. You are forced to Purchase a HP cartridge because no cheaper place has them.

OEM is only available for this printer, HP has always put out quality original manufactured toner, But very expensive Hop compatables come out soon.

ON going Technical Issues
I bought this printer less than month ago for my business and it has been nothing short of disappointment. On going technical issues has effected my production and frankly is driving me insane. I never thought that I would ran into so much trouble. Your customer service reps are cordial and try to be helpful but every time I call I am on the phone for over one hour and this is not fair to the customer
