I didn’t want the wires so I chose this model. Well big mistake. The delay in processing while you type is unbearable. And then it doesn’t even catch up and put in the letters you were typing. It just starts from where it froze up. So annoying. I’ll be donating to goodwill.

I have never had great success with wireless mice; they work okay at first but get wonky after a while... The keyboard is great with 'silent' keys when typing and not a lot of effort to push 'em when touch typing... All in all, a good purchase...

My son pointed out the benefit of having a wireless mouse/keyboard combination because the connector only uses one port on my laptop. Quality product for around $30.

Keyboard is large, maybe a standard size - too big to use in an under desk keyboard tray when placed side by side with the mouse. The enter key stuck closed after the first few days of use, had to take it off and reseat it to get it to work again; not everyone would know how to reconnect it though, so an issue like that could be problematic for some. Size seems a bit out of date, but it might just be me, I'm used to a smaller, streamlined keyboard. Documentation/ user guide for mouse and keyboard almost non existent in the box, probably online somewhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doesn't disappoint I generally like HP but i still wasn't sure if id like it consierding the low price, but let me tell you, HP doesn't miss even with the low price!! And I was lucky enough to get in on discount as well! Very much loved the nice and quiet keyboard. Its slim design and smooth keys feel nice when I'm typing. Its a smooth experience to type with it. Some people like the click sound when they type and I do too, but this smooth press on each key feels really good too. The mouse I was a little skeptical about as it felt super super light and didn't seem sturdy as if it would break easily, but as you use it, you dont even remember those two points since it feels nice and snug in my hands and works perfectly fine. And it was easy to install, just plug the the little USB connector and thats all. Easy peasy. Even my co-worker liked it and purchased it online 2 days after buying a new one from walmart.

When I searched through your website I decided on the TP01-2165Z. I understood it would come with a 2TB Hard Drive. But when I received it it was a 2TB Sata. All my files would be saved in the clouds. I did not want that. So I took the old and the new to BEST Buy and asked them if they could put in a new Hard Drive and copy my files from the old to the new. They said yes so I left the two computers with them. When they called me and said they were ready I went and picked up both the old and the new. When I got home I set up the new but it didnt work right. So now it is just setting in the corner getting dusty. Because it wasn't what I wanted. The wireless keyboard and mouse work fine.

She likes the feel and performance of the keyboard and mouse, better than using the laptop touch pad and keyboard. Her laptop is on an elevated shelf that is at eye level. Using the wireless keyboard and mouse also reduces the probability that something gets spilled on the laptop.

I couldn't type on that one without having a ton of typos, even after several months of using it. Every time I tried to type an "a", I hit the caps lock key instead, and I'd hit the comma instead of the period! This new keyboard is just like the one I had with my former HP, which makes typing on it seamless. It was extremely easy to set up too.

I’m 64 and never learned to type. Know where modt of keys are but periodically i have to look for certain characters HP laptop has white letters on gray keys and NO contrast. I cannot obtain an invoice after I receive the merchandise from INK Cartridges to Accessories, thus unable to be reimbursed. I have made requests and received notification of my request, and each time I am promised to have them in a few business days. Never materialized. I WILL BE STOPPING ORDERING. So sad as I love the ordering and sales process, which is very user-friendly and quite rapid. I have to cancel because of incompetency at HP, which leaves me out of money owed as I have no invoice to submit for reimbursement. A packing slip does not fill the need

I got one for home and one for work. It took me a bit of getting used to because I'm used to the wired keyboard that came with my HP computer and wish that exact style came wireless. The only downsides with this particular keyboard are the fact there is no power switch (keyboard does go to sleep when not in use though and wakes up with any key touch) and the function keys are not split apart like other keyboards due to the fact they squeezed in the function lock key and the lock screen key. (I use my F keys at work with my work program and sometimes end up hitting the wrong key.) Admittedly the lock screen key is very handy at work (when I remember to use it) even though the same shortcut can be done with two other keys. For the price I got two sets for though, I can't complain... much. I would recommend this set.
