The Getac® F110 features an 11.6-inch capacitive multi-touchscreen with up to 1,000 nits and a protective film. With LumiBond® 2.0 technology, the screen is readable in the rain and full sunlight. The touchscreen responds to the included stylus, fingers and gloves. The Getac rugged tablet has the Windows® 10 OS, upgradable to Windows 11. The CPU is Intel® Core™ i5-1135G7 with an 8MB Intel Smart Cache.

With Intel® Turbo Boost technology, the CPU can reach a maximum of 4.2GHz. The rugged Windows® 10 Pro tablet features an Intel UHD Graphics VGA controller. It has 4 programmable buttons and connectivity interfaces including Thunderbolt™ 4 Type-C™ and USB 3.2. The rear camera has a resolution of 8 megapixels and the device also has a webcam on the front.
