The reason is simple the first year while working up on a roof my phone rang and while trying to answer the call my phone it was knocked out of my hand. It flew some 15 feet to the side over the roof to the driveway below. When I picked it up it was undamaged. The case is amazing. So I had to have it for my iPhone 14 Pro. Amazing Case.

Everything from plastic to high end $75 leather type cases and they pale in comparison to the fit and protection this case provides. I’m gonna buy another in case they stop selling them…it’s that great. I can’t speak to the drop factor, but as far as covering the corners and sides perfectly, it’s an A+. Also - it’s not too bulky, which I cannot stand. Easily takes to a wireless charging pad, which has been a problem for recent cases I’ve tried for my 13 Pro. I love it and I think you would too. Also fits perfectly with the Zagg glass screen protectors…which was another problem I’ve had with other cases. They’re either too tight to the glass or too far away which leaves a gap. This case is perfect for this phone. Hope the review is helpful to you.

My only nit is that the top border is slightly misaligned with the phone; it curves very slightly out. So one star less for that.

Eventually the covers start to unravel at the edges, but only after having earned their keep. Replacement is more about aesthetics than functionality at that point. Actually seems to make the pro max shrink in size! Delivery a little slow, price could be better but these days, everyone seems to be charging a premium and stock does take time to get to you. Worth the wait and a discount code for a further purchase wouldn’t go amiss. But all good and I trust the brand.

I love the case, fits really well, The case front being a fabric, looks nice but after a couple weeks is already starting to show wear, I’d rather a different material, also when closing the case I’d like to see some kind of magnet to keep it closed, and lastly the gloss black back looks nice but is a huge finger print magnet, I’d rather a matte black! Other wise it’s pretty good

I took a close look at it and sure enough the case seems to low on edges. The other issue I have with it is the phone seemed to pop out of protector case. Never had a cell phone case do that.

Zagg delivered two of the wrong cases initially and it took over 1 hour on the phone to fix it. And the fix was for me to buy 2 more cases and return the wrong ones, which I could have done without the customer service rep and time wasted. So bad experience there.

I love the soft matte finish as well :) I did notice that the magnetic part of the MagSafe case isn’t as strong as my previous one from ZAGG, but it still works well! That’s the only reason for 4 starts instead of 5– sometimes my magnetic pop socket comes off if I’m holding my phone at a certain angle. Luckily it’s not when I’m holding it normally. Overall a good case :)

This should be known, but I don’t think it’s fair for it to affect the score of this product It feels great to hold, tactile and grippy and fits perfect. The buttons feel nice too! It offers ample protection to the screen and cameras without being bulky, and all the ports and speakers/microphones are easily accessible I haven’t dropped it yet but I have D3O protection in my mountainbike armour and I know how well that stuff works - so I’m confident in its shock absorption claims! It looks cool (hard to find cool looking cases that are a simple neutral tone/colour) and I’m happy that it’s MagSafe compatible too. Great little case

I placed my order on 2/22, followed up with customer service on 2/24 after not getting an email with the shipping confirmation, it shipped on 2/28, and arrived on 3/2. When your product is custodial (protecting equipment), it should be expedited to the greatest extent so that your customer's expansive phone isn't at risk while they wait 10 days for premium quality/price case. That said, customer service was very helpful and provided discount codes for me to use in the future. All in all, I love my case - best I've ever had. Would do business with Zagg again.

It is easily removable when pushing down from the sides but when pushing in it has a good impact protection. I love the sleek look and dual tone. Matte and gloss black.

It's easy to slip onto the phone and has a snug fit. I'm able to press the side buttons without issues. I dropped the phone once and there's no damage to it or the case. I like this case a lot. It has a good look and level of protection without being clunky and too large.

I haven’t dropped it yet to give feedback on the case’s protective properties, but I can say that it feels sturdy and grippy, and the phone’s buttons work easily through the case. I’m also pretty happy with the color choice.

Apple products have better buttons for user but not as safe with regards to drop protection. I would prefer to have more protection so I will keep this case.

Within days it was tested as the phone slipped out of my chest pocket and dropped about three feet to the floor. The case proved worth the price! For now I’ll stay with the Denali but I have the Havana as a backup. The Zagg cases are high quality and do what they are advertised to do. Great protection when used with the Zagg protective screens.

And when he got closer to the time of changing the phone, I looked all over to find a case for the phone this was disappointing So I went back to Zagg website And I bought this clear, iPhone case Isn't fantastic, it's wonderful to hold its nonslip. It protects the camera and the rest of the phone. 14 pro In fact, when I change my phone again, I shall buy another one This case gives me confidence that it will look after my phone If you've spent over £1000 buying a good case is the best thing that you will do
