Used for a medium-large school district, printing/lamination sets of 10-20 pages regularly, huge time saver over the old manual style where you had to slide the sheet in.
In 200+ uses only ever had one small crimp, easy enough to throw another page in, huge time saver!

I strongly recommend the FOTON 30 Automated Laminator
I've been using this machine for about three months and I love all its automated features. If you are looking to save time, this machine is for you. All you have to do is turn the machine on, place the documents and the machine will do the rest. I really like the FOTON 30!

Easy to Load
I like the ease of loading these auto thread cartridges into my GBC Foton 30. They are much more convenient than pouch laminating. These cartridges drop right into the machine with no trouble at all. It's completely stress free and easy to load. 3mm size is great for protecting documents while keeping flexibility. I think the glossy finish helps colors stand out and look great. This cartridge holds a lot of lamination that will last a long time. Overall, I would recommend this refill cartridge.

Time Saver!
I love it! I like how you can put a stack of 30 letter size sheets and walk away. We do a number of laminations. We are getting ready to do 1800 letter size.

Foton Auto-Threading, Lamination Film Cartridge Refill
The Foton 30 laminating cartridges are very affordable and are as simple to use. Just remove the cartridge from the box and drop it into the laminator. The cartridge is auto threading, which simplifies the film loading process. The film is 3 mil thick and has 80' of film. This is more than enough to laminate approximately 100 letter size sheets. The glossy finish brings out the colors in the documents. The film is a perfect complement to the Foton 30!

Amazing time saver! Love it!!
I am in love with this already! I'm a special education preschool teacher and I'm using it to prep and laminate materials and games for the kids next year, it's already saved me so much time! I LOVE how fast it heats up. The only reason why it's 4 stars instead of 5 is that it comes with an awesome, laminated guide on how to use it, but there is no where that says what to do if it jams. Mine had a minor jam after I switched rolls and I had to search online for what to do.

Easy to install
I have a GBC Foton 30 laminator and at first, I was intimidated by the size of this Laminating Film Cartridge refill. I thought it would be complicated to install but it turns out there is only one way that this laminating film cartridge will go in so that was simple enough. I really like the glossy finish and 3 ml thickness of this film because it does a very good job at protecting my documents while making the colors and text stand out. At 185' of the film in this cartridge, I don't have to worry about changing the cartridge for a good while.

Really great improvement over the unit I've been using
It seems like laminators have come a long way since the one I have at work was purchased. This one has really nice features like you can turn it on and walk away from it because it will auto run once warmed up which eliminates the need to stand there and remember to activate it, it's capable of multiple page feeding with a really pretty reasonable loss of material between pages, the 3 mil film that it came with seems like luxury compared to the 1.5 ml I'm used to, the cartridge is really easy to change, and I love that the instructions are printed on the inside of the feeder tray in case you lose the paper which we all know is going to happen. Overall this is a really excellent unit for regular use and the only thing I would improve about it is make the cable detachable from the machine because sometimes it's really hard to plug that thing in with a thick cord that can't be manipulated much.

The GBC Foton 30 Auto-Threading, Laminating Film Cartridge Refill is very easy to install into the laminator. No more fumbling with pouches! The film is crystal clear and doesn't leave behind fingerprints or smudges like traditional pouches do. The film thickness ensures that your documents will be remain intact and safe. The film is durable and has a beautiful glossy finish. Overall, I'm impressed with this film and love that it's affordable as well!

Get automatic laminator
Very pleased with this laminator. Much faster and easier than setting up 6 small laminators and stuffing all the cardstock pages into laminating pouches. The only con is that it is a little noisy.

I would buy this product again.
So far it has worked pretty well. We laminate 20-25 full size copies at a time so it's nice to load and walk away while it's working. Does bind at times with 10 or so small copies (6 x 6 or a little smaller)

This laminator is a beast! Heavy duty and so easy to use. I used it for making different signs and it made the final products look so professional and the operation part was just so easy. It is kind of on the heavy side so make sure you put it on a sturdy table before you use it.

Where has this been all my life?
This 5 mil film is really excellent. It makes a very sturdy product which is great for something you want to hang on the wall for a long time or to make a reusable worksheet that isn't going to start peeling at the corners as soon as one of the kids starts picking at it. It's a dream to load into the machine and easy enough to trim with my heavy-duty scissors. You certainly don't need anything this substantial for every application but it's really good when you need something that's made to last.

Amazing product.
This auto threading cartridge is amazing. It's so much more efficient than having to manually load each page into the machine. It has made everything seamless. Wonderful Laminator
This machine is amazing. You just feed the paper in like a printer, and it comes out laminated. No messing with pockets! This is perfect for people who are laminating a lot, i.e. teacher. Definitely worth the investment and it's a time saver.

Consistantly faulty and unrepairable
The feeder jams OFTEN. The warranty is half decent but once its out or if you lose your receipt they wont help you, and even worse they'll take a week or more to get back to you.
This is expensive and great for minimal use or a hobbyist to use at home.
