CableIQ is the first tool designed for network technicians who need to troubleshoot connectivity problems and qualify cabling bandwidth. It gives network techs the vision to see whether an existing cabling link is qualified to support 10/100, VoIP or Gigabit Ethernet, quickly isolate cabling from network problems and discover what is at the far end of any cable. It detects speed and duplex settings of attached switches and PCs. Intelligent wiremap graphically shows distance to faults (e.g., pin 1 break at 37ft). Lightweight, rugged, reliable unit tests all copper cabling. Its ease and power can help you close trouble tickets faster and reduce on-call time by up to 30%.

A Simpler Life
I used this with the last company I worked with and was terrific! Made wire locating easier, tested every wire for correct patterns and faulty roles. The length reading was always CORRECT! which made some jobs easier.

Screen broke on day two.
Be extra careful. There is only a thin plastic sheet protecting the screen. The screen broke and now I can't use it. Good quality for junk.
