Great purchase!!
I absolutely love this machine! For years I've had to use a 3 hole punch and 3 ring binder to keep my kids artwork and school work together, but now that I have this I can put everything in one neat little booklet. It is very easy to use, with simple, easy-to-read instructions. One of the best purchases in a while!

Working In A School
I work with special needs and we have to laminate all of our manipulatives and books that we make for the class. I just finished making all of the morning work binders for the class and usually it takes me a month or so to do this with going between the laminator the punch and the binding all separate. With this machine it took me only a day to get all the pages punched and binded together in a few hours it cuts down the time so much its amazing. The only issue is that sometimes the lamination wouldnt come off of the punch all the way but it was nothing that I couldnt pull off. All in all 10/10. Would totally reccomend to anyone.

Great Product!
I've been using these binding machines for years and I always go back to Star. I love the ease of use, especially for the price. I do wish that there was a way to lock the lid open, just to mitigate times when I'm adjusting the machine and it flips closed, but that would be my only offer of improvement!

So Far So Good!
I got this binder to replace my 10 year old one. This one is much better than the last one in being able to center and punch correctly. I also love the design that allows it to fold up and not take up so much space. So far, this is an excellent upgrade.

Need QR Code in the Instructions
I would suggest you add a QR code that leads to a video on how to use the machine. The pictures are okay but a video would really help to understand how to use it right away.

Light and Compact Binding Machine
I have used larger Binding Machines at work. I wanted to have one for home to use for my personal use but I don't have a lot of space. I found this Star + 150 and it is a perfect size for small or large jobs. It was a reasonable price. I'm looking forward to my next project!!

Excellent!
I purchased this despite the mixed reviews, and I've found it's very easy to use. The instructions are largely clear, with the exception of how to actually load the comb, but otherwise, everything made sense. The hole puncher was easy to use and align and made precise cutouts. The binding process was straightforward and produced a lovely bound product.

easy operation
very easy to bind multiple pages without straining. It cuts the holes easy. from there it is easy to add pages to the binding comb. What would make this better is if there was a vertical guide to hold pages from folding over while binding.

Perfect for the little projects
This is the perfect personal punch binder for real estate projects! Listing packets look so much better in this format instead of just stapled. It is small enough to not take up a huge amount of space on my desk and it is easy to use.

Great binding machine
I bought this to replace a Makeasy binding machine I bought just a week before, the Makeasy was cheaper and, it was so obvious when I was using it. I quickly returned the Makeasy and ordered the Fellowes Star+150. It was on amazon for half off! The Fellowes machine feels much more STABLE and sturdy when punching the holes when compared to the Makeasy. It is definitely an upgrade. It also looks a lot nicer too, and since I'm on a BIND EVERYTHING spree, I don't mind it sitting out. Definitely worth the extra money. Such an upgrade.
