Great shredder
Have owned and used this shedder for 9 months and find the it does a wonderful job with all sorts of paper, credit cards and other shredable material. Easy to empty and replace interior basket. Does what it is designed to do very well.

Jams and Does Not Unlock
Even when it is oiled it jams and the button to unlock it will not work. This is the second machine we have tried.

Awesome shredder
The shredder is very intuitive and easy to use. Works great out of the box. No setup necessary apart from plugging it in. The design is very modern and the quality is above expectations. So far I have no complaints.
