Excellent Wide-Format AIO for Small Business
Our small business needed an All-in-One with tabloid-size print/scan capabilities to replace an aging, cranky AIO. After researching the relatively few wide-format models available, we chose the Epson WF-7840 based on brand reputation and affordability. The WF-7840 was easy to setup and provides fast, excellent print quality with stable Wi-Fi connectivity. Ink consumption is much better than expected as we're still printing with the starter cartridges after almost 2 months of use. Its performance thus far has earned this five star rating!

Small size printer that does quite a bit for being able to print 13x19. We use it as a scanner, copier, and printer. We really like the small footprint too.

The unit seem to have issues with what tray to use even though you direct it, it constantly powers off and resets itself. Very annoying

A workhorse but slow
This is my second Epson WF printer. The first one worked hard and long. It was fast and efficient. But it only had one drawer. We upgraded to the same printer but with two drawers. It might be in the break in stage, but this one is much slower.

Couldn't be happier!
I've had this for a few weeks now, and I absolutely love it! It is bigger than I thought, but not a big deal to me. I still have to figure out a few things as far as computer/printer set-up; for example, my computer will always tell me it's out of paper, despite it having paper, but the printer prints anyway, so the notification is more annoying than anything. Overall great product and value. I looked at 10-20 other products, and landed on this one. Very happy with my decision.

Great purchase
Printer/copier arrived 2 weeks before the promise date and was in good working condition. It does a great job of printing out the 11" x 17" drawings that I need. It was a great purchase!

Not suitable for a small office use.
Purchased for business to replace Kyocera tower from late 90s. Printing quality is great, no complaints here, but a little slow. Set up and connection to every computer in the office was easy. Scanner is a big problem: it is super slow (that Kyocera would scan 20 pages by the time this one scans 1); scanned image quality is horrible and none of the resolution or mode adjustments affect the image quality; copies from scanned images printed with gray background. Making copies also takes too much time printing out. Very unhappy with the product.

this is a great printer that does everything I need. I like the easy to replace printer cartridges and the ability to print up to 11" x 17". Only thing I didn't like was having to wait almost two months for it to arrive.
